Please can someone help?

Q: Please can someone help?

I'm going to get right to it because I'm at my last straw with the laptop. Specs: Less than 1 year old Thinkpad X1 Yoga THIRD GEN, fully spec'd out to the max purchased from the Lenovo website...which in and of itself was an absolute nightware to deal with. Problems: If I even move it a bit, the mouse relocates on the screen OR the current window will close itself OR the File Explorer will open itself and start navigating randomly. Sometimes, the keyboard and mouse will not work unless I close the laptop and reopen it. Sometimes while typing, the mouse pointer will begin clicking all over the screen as indicated by the blue radiating sonar type circle shown when using touch screen. Everything is up to date. The laptop has never experienced a fall or blow not even once. It has been doing this since day one of ownership. I got a few updates and help from a Lenovo Asst. since it came from the factory and it was a bit better for a few days. The problems persisted but I now really am at my final straw. Now the problems have actually affected my work. It honestly would feel better to throw this thing off my 5th floor balcony than to bother with "more updates" or answering another Lenovo Asst.'s questions "did you update it?" "hmm thats strange" What am I doing wrong? I don't get why this $2k machine is acting like a $99 chrome book from Target. Anyway...if there is something I can do to disable whatever feature is causing this, or bypass the touch screen or whatever I've got to do. I just want a normal acting laptop that I feel is deserved after the price tag. It feels like a total rip off. All advice is appreciated and I hope I can fix this thing Best,Ashtray P.S. If I can remember any other problems I'll edit this original post after this line.

I recommend downloading and running Reimage. It's a computer repair tool that has been proven to identify and fix many Windows problems with a high level of success.

I've used it in the past to identify and fix everything from blue screens (BSOD's), ActiveX errors, corrupt files and processes, dll/exe/sys errors, recover lost memory, Windows update problems, defragging, malware removal etc.

You can download it direct from this link http://downloadreimage.com/download.php. (This link will automatically start a download of Reimage that you can save to your computer.)
