I recommend downloading and running Reimage. It's a computer repair tool that has been proven to identify and fix many Windows problems with a high level of success.

I've used it in the past to identify and fix everything from blue screens (BSOD's), ActiveX errors, corrupt files and processes, dll/exe/sys errors, recover lost memory, Windows update problems, defragging, malware removal etc.

You can download it direct from this link http://downloadreimage.com/download.php. (This link will automatically start a download of Reimage that you can save to your computer.)

OMG after half hour of searching I post topic and after that I found solution.
If someone have similar problem solution is

Outlook Options - Trust Center - Trust Center Setttings - Unckeck

Don't download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items

and you will see pictures in mails instead empty box and red X.

A couple of weeks ago I bought a new laptop. With it came Windows 10. I also bought Office 2016. My issue is with Outlook 2016

One of the most irritating things with this program is that I can't see pictures that come with my RSS feeds that I subscribe to. Yes, I've searched.

The picture holders are blank but I see this: Outlook is working offline and cannot download pictures from the internet. To download this picture toggle Working Offline.

Working Offline is grayed out and I can't toggle.

Help!!

A:Outlook 2016 won't download pictures

The only thing I could suggest--and I'd wait for the experts to weigh in, really--is that Office might not be activated.  I've seen things like this happen with older versions.

I'm using Windows 10 and Microsoft Outlook 2016. I have one business account and two personal accounts set up in Outlook. One of the personal accounts is a legitimate account that I use when signing up for services that I will be using, and the other is an account that I have just let go and is always full of spam. A couple of weeks ago, the spam account started forwarding all of its e-mails to my legitimate account. Not sure if I accidentally told it to do this or not, but I cannot find out how to make it stop. When they appear in my legitimate inbox, they are in a category labelled as the spam e-mail address. If anyone knows how I can get this to stop, please let me know. Thank you.

Hi there

After upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10, we are having an issue on one of the device in relation to opening Mail (Microsoft Outlook 2016) icon in Control Panel. It didn't open the window Mail Setup - Email accounts, Data Files, and Show profiles etc etc.

BTW ... we are using Microsoft Office 365 online services and download from MicrosoftOnline.com

What I've done so far:
1. After the upgrade, all Office not working (Excel, Word etc etc)
2. Uninstall from Program and Features >> Didn't work
3. Force to unstalled manually via Microsoft Tool >> Complete remove
4. Reinstall Office 2016 >> Mail icon didn't work
5. Do Office Quick Repair >> Mail icon didn't work
6. Do Office Online Repair >> Mail icon didn't work
7. Uninstall and reinstall Office 2016 >> Mail icon didn't work

Any ideas?

Pictures don't download when I open email from Microsoft outlook.  In the past I was able to right click on the topic which asked if I wanted to download the pictures, recently I deleted browsing history, since that task, I have not been able to figure out how to enable the pictures to download or what settings need to be changed.  Help?

A:microsoft outlook 7 pictures

Try going into the Internet Explorer settings and resetting to default. According to what I have seen in doing some research on this it is a setting in Internet Explorer that is preventing pictures from being downloaded. This can be done by clicking tools>internet options>advanced>restore advanced settings.

Hi Everyone
I'm emailing 12 pictures to 7 users with in the company all but one is not getting the email. I get the email back saying his inbox is full or there is a limit. I checked the user inbox there is hardly anything in it. This happens when emailing pictures only to the user. If I send a text message its fine. He is using Microsoft Outlook 2003. Does anyone knows what could be the problem is?

A:Microsoft Outlook 2003 user cannot recieve pictures

Try sending the photos separately. Photos, particularly if they are original images direct from a digital camera, are LARGE files. While it may be going through on some servers, others may strip the attachments are just lose the message.

According to all sources that I could find on-line, it appears that rules are part of pst file.

However, this does not happening in my case.

I use outlook 2016 (part of MS office 2016) and have several accounts linked with this ? From my ISP (POP), Hotmail, yahoo, Gmail. I have rules only for account from my ISP.

Recently I deleted my Hotmail account, removed it from my outlook, deleted associated ost file. Then I had second thought and re-activated this hotmal account the following day. Added this to my outlook. To my surprise all rules vanished. Not a single rule remained. I did NOT have any rules setup for Hotmail account. Even column details for message folders (part of setting) got changed.

I decided to check further. Copied my pst files to another computer which had same version of outlook installed and has exactly the same setup.

Now I added some rules on my 1st computer. Checked the 2nd computer. The same rule appeared there. That means pst file does not contain rules.

So, Where are they?

Hope someone can help me. I am lost!!
Thanks

Visio files are received as attachments in Outlook 2016. Visio Viewer 2016 and IE11 are also installed on Windows 10 (1607).
Previewing the Visio file (VSD in this case) is successful. However, when you try to open the Visio file, IE11 attempts to open it (as expected) but only displays a blank page.
Does anyone know if there is a fix for this issue?   Other articles suggest that Visio Viewer 2016 does not support IE11.

I am sure this must be simple!...I have XP Home, I am using Microsoft Outlook as my default email client. When I go into "My Pictures" and select a group of photo's to email, I then click on the left sided tool bar and press "Email this file", it then gives me the option to compress the size for email which is what I need as they are about 1MB each. But when it goes to attach the photo's it tries to open "hotmail" by opening the internet. I have tried everthing to resolve this. It's no good trying to attach them from Microsoft Outlook as it does not give me the option of resizing them. I have checked internet options and outlook is definately my default client. I also uninstalled MSN Explorer think it might have had something to do with it? I hope this makes sense. PLEASE HELP!!

"Patch Tuesday" broke our install of Outlook 365. It was working fine on Monday and on Tuesday it was hanging on "Processing." So I restored back to the last restore point before the update and it worked great after that. Yesterday it re-installed the updates, and again Outlook didn't load. Restoring again today "fixed" it. Now it wants to update again, so I will disable updates until the problem is fixed. I don't know which particular "patch" is causing the problem; there were about 22 of them that installed.

I have used my Office Outlook 2016 syncing with my Msn.com email for years, and as of 10/12/16, my outlook started to have issues. Nothing I did on the outlook synced up with the online emails nor anything that attacked that account (my iPad/iPhone) but whatever I did on those reflected.

For example, I deleted out my junk on Outlook, and it would not reflect that change, but I was still getting new emails into my Outlook.

I tried a couple of things, then removed my msn.com email, and restarted. When I tried to reconnect back to my email, (add email) it would always restart office outlook. Has done this every single day, though I can retrieve and do everything from my apple products or through the online Outlook (aka outlook live). But since I have tons of windows open, I don't need to try to keep track of my email when outlook did this. (the office products)

To make it more interesting, my Gmail accounts are still all linked and working through the office outlook. (it's sad when google is working better than their Microsoft's own email system!) I have restarted, repaired and done everything, even checked my privacy settings which are all set up correctly.

Has anyone else had these issues, and can help me?

Dear Spice & I have Outlook.com accounts (both updated), with calendars shared with each other on Outlook.com (co-owner access level).

We can update each other's calendar directly on Outlook.com and in W10 Calendar. However, despite being configured as Exchange ActiveSync accounts, Outlook 2016 (and Outlook for Android) will only allow view-only access!

O16 is saying that "You do not have authorization to make changes to this folder."

This seems to require direct access to an Exchange server to change the folder configuration, for an EAS connection.

If Outlook.com is an Outlook 365 service running EAS, how can we tell Outlook 2016 to permit the full sharing access as authorized on Outlook Calendar.com?

This is probably affecting a lot of personal users who can't afford the infrastructure to run their own Exchange servers, just to share calendars.

(We are some of the refugees from Windows Live Mail, orphaned by the Outlook 365 conversion. That's why we're trying both O16 and Outlook for Android -- our eventual goal is to enable updating each other's calendars from our Android phones.)

I have a friend who just purchased a Windows 10 laptop.

It came with Office 365.

She has for many year been using Outlook Express in Windows XP.

She wants to move all of her outlook express emails (and sub folder of the Inbox) to the Outlook program on the new windows 10 computer.

Is this possible ??

I have succeed in getting her address book exported and imported but cannot find any info or instructions on how to move the emails and folders.

I do remember that some years back I did a transfer from outlook express XP email to a Windows 7 computer running outlook. But I seem to remember having to have some kind of special software to make this possible.

Can anyone tell me if I am wasting my time or is this transfer a possibility ?

She really does not want to give up all of her old emails.

Thanks in advance,
