I recommend downloading and running DAP. It can help sort out any driver and firmware related issues on your system

It's worked out well for many of us in the past.

You can download it direct from this link http://downloaddap.org. (This link will open the download page of DAP so you can save a copy to your computer.)

A: Windows 10 Update: June 27, 2017—KB4022716 (OS Build 15063.447)

Today isn't Patch Tuesday, but Microsoft still released cumulative updates for all versions of Windows 10. The firm seems to be doing it twice a month now, as the last set of builds arrived on June 13.

As usual, there are no new front-facing features. Instead, all of these updates focus on various fixes.

If you're on the Creators Update, you'll see build 15063.447, or KB4022716. You can download it from the Microsoft Update Catalog here.
This is what got fixed:
Addressed an issue introduced by KB4022725 where Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge printing from a frame may result in 404 not found or blank page printed.
Addressed issue where network printers may fail to install when using the printer vendor?s setup software on machines with less than 4 GB of RAM. These printers will install properly if you install using the Settings app or from Devices and Printers in Control Panel.
Addressed issue that causes high memory usage for the Camera app on mobile platforms, which reduces battery life. Any app that uses a media capture element (MCE) or media element (ME) and plays 1080p will consume a lot of power, which will significantly reduce battery life.
Addressed issue where, after updating to the Creators Update, devices that have Receive Segment Coalescing (RSC) enabled have significantly low wireless throughput.
Addressed issue (Error 0x7F) with Windows Forms (WinForms) that causes the system to crash after upgrading to the Creators Update.
Addressed issue that prevents users from connecting to the Terminal Services Gateway (TSG) running on Windows Server 2008 SP2 after upgrading to the Creators Update. As a result, users cannot access Remote Desktop Services or remote apps.
Addressed issue where, if you specify an auto-logon configuration in Unattend.xml, auto-logon only works on the first logon, but will not work again when the device is restarted.
Addressed issue where users cannot sign in with Face after upgrading to Windows 10 RS2.
Addressed issue where, after upgrading to Windows 10 RS2, modem dial-up fails with Error 633.
Addressed issue where the smartcard service (sccardsvr.exe) stops periodically and never restarts when the smart card application attempts to access the cards.
Addressed issue where, when a laptop connected to an ISCSI disk leaves the corporate network, an error may occur when it resumes if it does not connect to the VPN fast enough.
Addressed issue where a remote desktop connection with Windows 2016 RDS server fails authentication when using smartcards.
Addressed issue where Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) Device Management (DM) uses the wrong interface to index the on-demand APN.
Addressed issue with a memory leak in the camera platform across all devices for PC (MIPI and USB cameras).
Addressed issue where, if the device lid close action was set to "Do Nothing", closing and re-opening the lid causes all Universal Windows Platform apps to stop responding.
Addressed issue with failed login scenarios that occur because the device does not reconnect to the host PC.
Addressed issue where users must wait between 40 to 60 minutes after a print spooler restart before attempting to change any printer settings.
Addressed issue where the cursor type does not maintain the arrow shape when the user mouses over a select option in Internet Explorer.
Addressed issue where searching for a string on a page that has many iframes causes Internet Explorer to stop working.
Addressed issue where Internet Explorer stops responding when a user clicks on an empty column header and then immediately holds down the SHIFT key and double clicks.
Addressed issue where the onhashchange event is not called when navigating hashed URLs in Internet Explorer.
Addressed issue to improve pairing, connecting, synchronizing, and notifications experiences for a third-party wearable device.
Addressed issue to improve Bluetooth connectivity to wearable devices.
Addressed issue where the NewWindow3 event is not called in Internet Explorer.
Address issue with a memory leak that occurs when calling BluetoothGATTRegisterEvent() and BluetoothGATTUnregisterEvent() functions for an NFC card reader.
Addressed issue where a clear (x) button inside HTML text fields cannot be disabled using the ::ms-clear attribute when Document Modes are less than 10 in Internet Explorer 11.
Addressed issue where Internet Explorer 11 would fail to load HTML page after installing KB3021952.
Addressed issue where a Windows Phone experiences data loss (email, contact, SMS, etc.) caused by Unistore database corruption.
Addressed issue where guest VMs bound to a wireless NIC can lose network connectivity if the guest does not send an Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) packet in the fixed timeout window (5 minutes).
Addressed issue where certain elements (input or select) cannot be active targets of any action in Internet Explorer 11. This occurs after removing an iframe that contained a cursor inside certain elements (input or select) and then adding a new iframe.
Addressed issue with NVIDIA drivers that stop working (Error 0x9f) when the system goes to sleep. This also causes a shutdown of Microsoft Surface Hubs.
Addressed issue to improve Remote Desktop Protocol connections to an RD Gateway configured for RPC over HTTP.
Addressed issue with non-UWP applications calling into Windows.Devices.Bluetooth API's to register callbacks or Async operations.
Addressed issue with an NFC driver that becomes non-functional because of improperly tracked timer handles.
Addressed issue with Centennial apps that fail if they try to use the Payment Request API.
Addressed issue where the Disk Cleanup and the Storage Settings tool remove files from system32 when file paths exceed the MAX_PATH size; as a result, the machine cannot be booted.
Addressed issue to set the default cellular data roaming setting to ?Don?t roam? when upgrading to Windows 10 Version 1703.
Addressed issue that lead to the loss of functionality on certain third-party network adapters after upgrading to Windows 10 Version 1703.
While this update is rolling out to the general public, there is a known issue to be aware of:

Symptom Workaround
When you print a specific iframe or frame in a web page, the print output may be blank, or text is printed that resembles the following:

404 ? Not Found

(A frame is a part of a web page or browser window that displays content independent of its container. A frame can load content independently.)

This problem has also been observed in both Internet Explorer 11, and in applications that host the IE Web Browser Control.

There is currently no workaround for this issue. However, if you print the entire web page, it will print correctly.

Microsoft is researching this problem and will post more information in this article when the information becomes available.

Update: This known issue has been removed from the release notes for this build.

If you're on the Anniversary Update, you'll get build 14393.1378, which can be downloaded here. Here's what's new:
Addressed an issue introduced by KB4022715 where Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge printing from a frame may result in 404 not found or blank page printed.
Addressed issue where CRM UI may hang when pressing the reply button in mail workflow.
Addressed issue where the Volume Activation Services tool (vmw.exe) stops working with error ?Indicates two revision levels are incompatible? when attempting to activate the Volume License Service role.
Addressed issue where multipath I/O does not use other available paths during a failover scenario.
Addressed issue where a PC randomly crashes after a user inserts a USB device into the USB port.
Addressed issue where a blue screen and the "unmountable_boot_volume" message appear during the system boot process when the Unified Write Filter is enabled.
Addressed issue where a computer stops working when trying to add a phone to the computer for use as a modem.
Addressed issue where Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) applications stop receiving traps.
Addressed issue where Page faults for Demand Zero Pages are significantly slower (> 10%), which causes many applications to run slower.
Addressed issue with error that occurs when users sign out from an application when Active Directory Federation Services is enabled.
Addressed issue where nodes fail to join a cluster because of failed certificate authentication if SHA1 is disabled.
Addressed issue with the Server Message Block Bandwidth limiting feature not working.
Addressed issue where the storage replication driver (wvrf.sys) is in an infinite loop.
Addressed issue where a 2012 R2 or below Remote Desktop License Server causes the 2016 Remote Desktop Services Host to crash and stop giving sessions to clients.
Addressed issue to add support in certutil.exe to allow certificate templates to be marked for Windows Hello.
Addressed issue where you may lose access to storage disks when there are still available paths if there is an error on one of the multipath I/O paths.
Addressed a WS-Federation sign-out problem where users initiate Sign-out from an application configured with SAML. In this case the Sign-out fails with an ADFS exception identified with an ADFS Admin Event 364 Error. This issue is limited to ADFS 4.0.
Addressed issue where the creation of virtual disks fails in Windows Server 2016 storage spaces when the physical disk allocation is set to manual for all the selected disks.
Addressed additional issues in printing, updates to the Access Point Name (APN) database, Start menu and taskbar, Internet Explorer and the Windows Shell.
And once again, there is a known issue:

Symptom Workaround
If an iSCSI target becomes unavailable, attempts to reconnect will cause a leak. Initiating a new connection to an available target will work as expected. Microsoft is working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release.

Next up is version 1511, which is a much less significant update. As is the case with all of the updates, build 10586.965 (KB4032693) can be downloaded through Windows Update or the Microsoft Update Center. Here's what's new:
Addressed an issue introduced by KB4022714 where Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge printing from a frame may result in 404 not found or blank page printed.
Addressed a reliability issue in Windows Search.
Addressed issue where CRM UI may hang when pressing the reply button in mail workflow.
Fortunately, there are no known issues in that one, nor are there any in 10240.17449 (KB4032695), which is for the original version of Windows 10, which shouldn't even be supported anymore. Here's what's new:
Addressed an issue introduced by KB4022727 where Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge printing from a frame may result in 404 not found or blank page printed.
Addressed a reliability issue in Windows Search.
Addressed issue where CRM UI may hang when pressing the reply button in mail workflow.
As is always the case with cumulative updates, it's recommended that you install them as soon as possible on your devices, as they tend to contain important security fixes. This will likely be it for now, and the next cumulative updates will probably arrive in two weeks for the next Patch Tuesday.

Update: These builds don't seem to be live yet, despite Microsoft announcing all of them. You can install all but the 1703 updates manually, but 15063.447 doesn't seem to be posted in the Update Catalog yet.

Update: Over nine hours after the updates were announced, 15063.447 is now available via Windows Update, and the link to manually install them works. Unfortunately, the 1607 and 1511 updates still aren't coming through Windows Update, so your only option for those is to manually install them.

Hi Similar to other posts I have had this problem, but have been unable to solve it. I have updated the drivers, disabled and re-enabled the fingerprint reader device, removed my set of fingerprint scans, and tried setting up the new ones, either by creating a new account and/or PIN before starting the scan (Windows Hello then doesn't continue with the setup sequence), and by doing the scans and then creating the PIN (Window Hello exits without saving the scans or PIN). As suggested on other posts, it may be a problem with how the fingerprint works with the PIN, but in my case does not seem to be solvable. I have tried removing all cached information via the BIOS. Is there anything else I can try other than just hoping future updates will sort the problem?John P70, Xeon E3-1505 v5, 20ERCTO1WWWindows 10 Home 64-bit, version 1703, build 15063.54Finger print reader driver Synaptics WBDI(SGX enabled) version 5.1.325.26

The Windows 10 Media Creation Tool has been updated to give installation .isos to the newest mainstream build of Windows 10 build 15063. This is also known as version 1703 (March 2017) or the Creators Update.
The Media Creation Tool may be found on Microsoft's website:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

Multi-Edition Installation .iso
The Windows 10 .iso and Windows 10 Single Language .iso are the same multi-Edition .iso which incorporate: Windows 10 Home, Windows 10 Pro, Windows 10 Home Single Language and Windows 10 Education.
The European Commission Windows 10N .iso incorporates Windows 10 HomeN, Windows 10 ProN and Windows 10 EducationN. There is no Windows 10 Home Single LanguageN as the European Commission has no Single Language.

Product Key and Activation

The Windows 10 .iso automatically inputs Windows 8.x OEM SLP keys and Windows 10 OEM SLP keys embedded in the MSDM ACPI table of the UEFI BIOS.
The Windows 10 .iso will allow one to manually input a Windows 7 OEM key printed on a COA.

This build accepts Windows 7 OEM keys during installation or if skipped in settings → Update & Security → Activation post installation. This build still activates using Windows 7 OEM keys on systems that have never been made a Windows 10 Edition Device before.
One may skip key if the system is a Windows 10 Edition Device and install Windows 10 Edition. It will reactivate when online.

While Microsoft had announced that the Windows 10 Mobile Creators Update was coming today, things haven't turned out that way so far. And while it was actually offered to the Release Preview ring, the company also quietly rolled out an update for Windows 10 PCs, build 15063.250.

This one is available to everyone, rather than just Insiders. Here's the full range of fixes listed in the changelog:

Addressed issue where VMs might experience loss in network connectivity while provisioning IP addresses.

Addressed issue that does not initiate a remote ring on the device when RemoteRing Configuration....

Microsoft has just released the first Windows 10 build to the Fast ring this week, build 15063, which comes to both PCs and phones. This build comes just a few days after the last build was released for Windows 10 PCs on the Fast ring, which was build 15061, made available last Friday.

We may now be a couple weeks from the RTM version of Windows 10, since it is expected to be released in early April. So, don't expect any new feature for this build, but only improvements and bug fixes.

Here are the fixes for PCs:

We fixed a reliability issue from Build 15061 resulting in Microsoft Edge hanging and becoming completely unresponsive.
We fixed an issue for Insiders where the localized files and registry keys associated with any additional language packs on the system would not be installed after enabling .NET Framework 3.5.
Here are the known issues for PCs:

The upgrade path from the Windows 10 Anniversary Update (Build 14393) to this Windows 10 Creators Update build is not yet live and will be live tomorrow morning.
You will be unable to download new (additional) language packs on this build. Currently installed language packs will not be impacted. These will go live later this week.
If your PC fails to install this build on reboot with the error 8024a112, reboot manually again. If your PC appears to hang during the reboot, power your PC off and back on and the install will proceed.

Although the long-awaited Windows 10 "Creators Update" upgrade isn't scheduled to be released until April 11th, its ISO files are on the Microsoft servers and can be obtained through alternate methods.

After I downloaded and saved the appropriate ISO file and created a bootable DVD earlier today, I did a clean install in one of my computers.

The install process went fine, and it finished quicker and easier than previous versions.

Windows Defender is now Windows Defender Antivirus, and is a full security suite.

The upgrade is Version 1703 (OS Build 15063.0).

As with previous Windows 10 versions, it came with 30+ apps that I have no use for and uninstalled.

It's too early yet for me to say if this is a more improved and more stable upgrade.

Microsoft is working at full speed on getting the Creators Update ready for an early April release, but while the company remains tight-lipped on information regarding the RTM build, we finally got an early confirmation of a rumor that?s been swirling around the web lately.

Spoiler
Windows 10 build 15063 is Creators Update RTM, and this info is confirmed by Microsoft?s own Windows 10 Update Assistant tool that got leaked earlier today.

Previously, we only knew that the Windows 10 Creators Update RTM build was supposed to be shipped to insiders in mid-March, and while there were indeed rumors that build 15063 might be the one, there was absolutely no hint from Microsoft that this was indeed the case.

?Latest version is 15063?
And yet, the Windows 10 Update Assistant finally confirms that build 15063 is RTM, as its purpose is to help users upgrade to the Creators Update easily. A message displayed when launching the app and showing up after performing a system scan to determine OS version indicates that the Update Assistant, which itself got updated to support the Creators Update, can upgrade systems up to version 15063.

?One of the best features of Windows 10 is that it keeps getting better with every update. This PC is currently not running the latest and most secure version of Windows 10. This PC is running version 14393. The latest version is 15063,? this message reads.

It's not exactly Patch Tuesday, but Microsoft today released its second cumulative update of the month for Windows 10 users on the Creators Update. The build number is 15063.332, or KB4020102.

While the update is available for all PCs, phones will need to be on the Release Preview ring of the Insider Program to get it. Windows 10 Mobile devices on Production will still be on 15063.297 for now.

It's a cumulative update, which means no new front-facing features and a bunch of fixes. Here's what's new:
Addressed issue where NTLM fails to generate a challenge response when CredGuard is enabled, NTLMv2 is used, and no target information is provided by the server.
Addressed issue where Internet Explorer does not respect the ?Send all sites not included in the Enterprise Mode Site List to Microsoft Edge? policy when opening favorites.

It's Patch Tuesday, which means that it's time for Microsoft to roll out new cumulative updates for all versions of Windows 10. It's also a special day because the Windows 10 Creators Update began rolling out to select PCs, which means that for the first time, there are updates for four different versions of the OS.

We'll start with the newest version first, which is the Creators Update. Upon upgrading to the new feature update (or if you already have), you'll find build 15063.138 waiting for you. Also, while the Creators Update isn't rolling out to phones until the 25th, today's cumulative update is available in the Slow and Fast rings for those that are in the Windows Insider Program.

The wording of the update has finally been changed for phones. Instead of calling it a "Technical Preview for phones", it now says "April 2017 Update for Windows 10 Version 10.0.15063.138 for arm-based Phone Devices". Capitalization issues aside, the change is long overdue, since the Technical Preview became the Insider Preview long ago.Click to expand...

Today June 19 2012 I received this.Did anyone get this also? After Microsoft's service had been cracked by Flame, my trust in Microsoft has dropped to zero.So I would need confirmation if anyone else had thisupdate today (19 June 2012).The interesting thing is, mostly it gives a link forthe update to read more info about a certain update. But here today is no description whatsoever.edit: I should mention the odd thing about this is, I lookedinto my update settings and it was set to automatically installand update windows. So it should have downloaded this and installed. So why the difference? It makes me feel uneasy, to say the least.Advise pleaseThank You

A:Urgent - Windows 7 Update Service Update June 19 2012

I called Microsoft just now.
They established a remote session directly to my PC.
After verification that my OS is legit etc. they had a look at this.

They recommend that I reinstall Windows from one of their ISO images
and not from the HP recovery partition.

The guy said he wouldn't trust that update as there is the information link
missing.

I only can do what he says, downloading that 3 GB ISO and burn the DVD
and reinstall Windows.

So, if you get the SAME looking update, my advise is as his.
Don't install that update.

hi,
i don't use audio much so i am not exactly sure which patch, but after one of the creator updates a red X appeared next to the speaker icon on my notification bar. windows says "no audio output device is installed" when i hover over the speaker icon.  i looked in device manager and saw that the realtek hd audio driver was gone and 2 Microsoft HDAC drivers were shown with warnings.
device status was:
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)Object Name not found.

i told windows to update the driver and rebooted. no change.  uninstalled and booted, not fixed.  i ran the dell install package,Audio_Driver_DDG39_WN32_6.0.1.6111_A06.EXE, and it executed but after reboot, no change.  same thing with the realtek driver package.
i used hdwwiz and pointed to a folder in the extracted  dell package that contained the .inf files and the install fails.  from looking on google it seems there are lots of problems with win 10 and realtek.
i don't want to reinstall windows, it would take a lot of time to get my laptop back to where it is now and it could just end up the same way.
anybody have any suggestions?  thank you.

I did a restart, logged in and screen remained blank. I tried to restart several times and had the same problem. Finally I did a system restore and booted okay. I then deleted all files and folders in Windows/SoftwareDistribution and changed the windows update setting to not check for updates because I didn't want the update to apply after any restarts. How should I go about fixing the problem so I can get and install updates. Any help would be appreciated and sorry for being long-winded.

A:June Windows 8.1 update caused desktop not to display

I have the exact same problem after installing the updates. I noticed that explorer.exe didn't start on my computer. If I start it manually it does show up in de task manager but nothing else happens.
Edit: I've added a screenshot of the updates.

Edit2: I have installed all the updates except for KB2969339 on a different windows and I didn't experience any problems. So KB2969339 seems to be the one causing all the trouble. You can rightclick on the update in the update list and click hide to hide it so you never accidentally install it again. However, I don't know anything about computers so I don't know if doing that will cause more problems later on.

My computer has 2 issues that appeared after a Windows update.

My IE 10 will not start. It flashes a Screen momentarily and shuts down.

Second issue - can not shutdown computer. Restarts when I try to shutdown.

Don't know if issue is Windows update or something else.

Device drivers appear to be OK.

Any suggestions?

Welcome to Sevenforums,

Maybe first, see to uninstall the IE10 updates kb2838727 & kb2859903 from the Programs & Features => show installed updates.

Try uninstall the flash player (see if it works after), then updating flash player to v 11.7.700.224 to the latest.

You could also run the System Update Readiness Tool

Hello,

I had been away and when I came back and turned on the computer it had downloaded several new updates. I have windows 7 home premium 64 bit running Internet Explorer 9. I have been dealing with this issue trying foolishly by myself to fix it by doing several system restores and uninstalling Internet Explorer 9 .. only to find that 8 does fix the problem but I cannot reinstall 9 anymore so I have to do a restore to get 9 back.

Anyway, Gadgets do not work properly. CPU monitor shows the thing moving but no numbers. Calender Gadget just shows orange or white square.

My AOL cannot look on the web anymore (I only use it for an old email but found that my emails couldn't display properly either.)

And to really seal the deal.. windows help does not display properly either.

Internet Explorer 8 makes everything work again but I like 9 which this update on top of 9 screws my windows user account up. A guest account or a new account do not have these issues.

I am sorry for the long post but I would appreciate any help as I have been staring at this screen for many many hours straight. No old system restore will fix it. No SFC scan, etc.

Thanks!

A:Windows June update - broken gadgets, windows help and more

Hello plastisman and welcome to Seven Forums.

With IE9 installed, do you see those June updates listed in the Windows Update History? If yes, you could try to uninstall them and see if your computer works properly. If it does, reinstall the June updates one or two at a time then use your computer for a while. If everything still works correctly install the next couple of updates. If the machine suddenly stops working you've narrowed down which of the updates might be the problem.

You could also try running a System File Checker scan to see if any files were damaged or corrupted by the June updates. If the scan finds any problems, run it 3-4 times as some file may not be fixed on the first or even second go-around due to dependencies (for example, file C may have to wait for file B to be fixed and file G may have to wait for file C to be fixed.)

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Hi everyone,

After not recieving the AU from Microsoft I took a look at winver I noticed that my PC has never received or installed an update since the original Windows 10 build (Version 10.0 or build 10240).

I began to investigated and noticed that Cumulative Update KB3185611 keeps trying to install however Windows Update always fails to install this update giving me this error:

"There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help:"
No error code is provided.

I took a look at setuperr.log within the Windows.BT folder and this is the only error present.

Error SP CSetupPlatform::ResurrectNewSystem: Cannot resurrect new system.: Win32Exception: \\?\C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\NewSystem.dat: The system cannot find the file specified. [0x00000002] __thiscall UnBCL::FileStream::FileStream(const class UnBCL::String *,enum UnBCL::FileMode,enum UnBCL::FileAccess,enum UnBCL::FileShare,unsigned long)[gle=0x00000002]

I would really appreciate if anyone could help me out with this issue, as i'd like to move up to the AU :-)

Please let me know if you need any more info.
Thanks!

Update 493 available. Added detection of new virus Worm/Mofeir and new variant of I-Worm/Sobig - I-Worm/Sobig.E.
- June 25, 2003 -

A:AVG update 25 June Sobig-E

Kaspersky Labs noted this Sobig worm is new in it's use of zipped files:
Separating Sobig.e from its four predecessors is its use of the Zip file format, what it does after system infection is virtual identical to past Sobig variants. Sobig.e getting around as a Zip file is a significant twist because while company gateways often filter out potentially dangerous file formats such as .exe, .vbs and .scr files, the .zip format is rarely scrutinized by businesses. Indeed past Sobig variants would have usually never made it past company gateways.

Good morning.

Not sure if there's an issue or not but wanted to post since I didn't see any other Member's had posted anything similar with the latest Java Update.

Both me and the wife got the prompt to update Java; she got hers last night  and I got mine this morning.

We're both running Windows 7 and we both have disable Java content in our browsers anyway but we like to stay updated and/or patched, so we downloaded the latest offering  (and declined the Free McAfee Security Scan, thank you very much )  and just as it appeared to complete the process, we both received this pop up:

[/URL]">http://

Sorry about the pic size...still haven't *quite* figured out the best way to insert a pic in these Forums.

So I did a quick check on both our machines and we're both running Version 7 Update 25, which appears to be the latest, according to the Test Java version via the Java website...but it also shows that it was installed on March 18th of this year.

So I Googled the main phrase of the pop up but that only lead me to any number of technical articles that were  way  beyond my pay grade.

Also, in our Control Panel, it shows the Java version to be 32-bit although both our machines are 64-bit.

So, is something amiss?

Should I uninstall both versions and reinstall only the 64 bit versions?

Should I curse the names of all who work at Oracle?

Hiya

When you install this update, you are enabling Microsoft Word 2002 to connect to translation services provided by Bowne Global Solutions. Translation can be performed between English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish. These services use computers to translate your document automatically. You can often use these translations to quickly determine the main ideas in a document.
For important or sensitive documents, a professional translator can give you the most reliable results, since computer translation may not preserve the text's full meaning, detail, or tone. Professional translation is offered via a link on the page that displays machine translation results.

Note These translation services work with Word 2002 installations only.

I am not trying to make anyone feel bad, especially since I have done my share of suffering, but my original Sprout is running with the version of Windows 10 listed in the title.  Every time I upgrade Windows, I go through the same pain:  Sprout Service is missing, Workplace can't load, etc., etc., etc.  When Workplace does load, the scan or capture or something doesn't work, and I don't know where "Sprout Create" is. Every time, I sit around doing the same thing: turn the computer off and on, restart the computer, push all the buttons over and over again.  Eventually, things start running, for no reason that I can see.  I am happy it finally runs correctly, but why do we have to go through this nonsense?  Crap ! There's been discussion here about doing clean reloads, etc., etc.  I might suggest the following instead: if your computer still runs, keep updating it.  Also, just sit there and power up and down and restart.  Maybe the magic will happen. Those of us with the original Sprout should not be abandoned.  The new Sprout looks cool, but I spent my fortune on the original.   HP: help us out here with read, coninuing support.

I tried the Feb 2010 as well as the Jun 2010 end user, sdk, and webinstallers with no luck. I get an error saying the cabinet file can't be trusted, check if encryption services are running and verify the certificate. I checked to make sure that encryption services were running and they are. I have changed a few things in the services and was wondering if there is something I should check and see if running. Any help in this would be awesome.

Hello,
I recently purchased a new Seagate 7200RPM 500gb hard drive that I have installed a fresh Dell combo windows Vista Home 32bit. It works perfectly after I installed all my drivers but then I started to do only high priority updates and I did all of 2007 first and then restarted and still worked fine. However then I started to install updates from the first half of 2008 and the latest 3 from 2009. And when they finished I got a BSOD on restart.
Now that I have the story finished let me explain, I have tried to install my OS 5 times and each time it gave me the BSOD on restart only but never on a boot up.
I have the BSOD message which is the common junk for about 10 lines then the actual information of
Stop: 0X0000007B (0x80403BA0, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

I thought it may be the RAM but I have checked that and also done a f/ dskchk or whatever it is called. Neither showed anything.
So if anyone has any information I would love to know.
As well in Device Manager it shows no bad drivers.
