Q: HTTP Error 500 - Internal Server Error, Error 0x8ddd0010

Hey guys, having trouble getting XP to Update, well it did Update MSRT and failed on Flash as usual because I removed Flash.  The only thing I can think of that I changed was my Router settings to more aggressive, but it has not affected Windows 7?

This is the ms document on it: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/883820

I tried all the stuff they say there but none works.  I have SP3.

I am also being sent to this site, which don't look like it should.

I recommend downloading and running Reimage. It's a computer repair tool that has been proven to identify and fix many Windows problems with a high level of success.

I've used it in the past to identify and fix everything from blue screens (BSOD's), ActiveX errors, corrupt files and processes, dll/exe/sys errors, recover lost memory, Windows update problems, defragging, malware removal etc.

You can download it direct from this link http://downloadreimage.com/download.php. (This link will automatically start a download of Reimage that you can save to your computer.)

I think my pc has some real major problems and im ready to throw it out the window.

Recently it has just stopped allowing me to google search. If I know the web page I can go directly to the address bar and type it in but if I tried to search that same address in google or any other search engine I get the above error. I honestly think this pc has been infected by something. I have completely uninstalled msn, mind you the kids are not happy by that move but I just have no idea what is wrong with our computer anymore.

I have tried using these programs to fix the issues and I use AVG anti virus protection:

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
Dr.Web CureIt!?
Combo Fix by bleedingcomputer.com

If you have any advice for me other than chucking it out the window, please let me know!!!

I've been an active member on a design forum for the past year with the same username and password. This is what's happening now --

I go to the website, type in my username and password then click the Submit button. The page starts loading and then I get this: HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. I kept refreshing but still got the page error. The owner, administrators and developers had no clue why that popped up all of a sudden, so they checked my browser settings, upgraded Firefox, deleted cookies, cache and history.

I then went back to the site to try and log in again and noticed I was online. I tried to navigate through the site and access my account but couldn't. It was like I was there but wasn't. The Sign In button was still showing as if I wasn't online and hadn't log in at-all.

I thought maybe it was my computer doing something on its own so I created a new account and password. The new username and password logged me on successfully.

My question is... why am I not able to log in on my original ID and password but can login using the new one. Some really weird stuff going on.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I can log into my secure site then when trying to go beyond that, it seems to take along time ("timeout"?) to get to the next secure page. When it finally does I click to access my personal files and instantly I get the error message. I have tried to figure out when this started but it has been a while since trying to access this site. I have read that update 831167 for ie6 corrects this. I have ie7 and cannot put that update in as I get warnings that I don't have ie6 sp1 installed. Also, I have reset the settings in security and enabled all cookies.
Also, I have tried the microsoft "fix it" for the registry and needed to use my XP CD. Still not working. This is bugging me as I was able to use this site 6 months ago.
Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

When using Mozilla Firefox recently I encountered the problem of getting the following response from two separate secure https login servers:
1) Gibson Research Corporation, Internet Security testing (for Shields Up!) at:
https://grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2, and
2) my ISP WebMail server at:
https://webmail.atl.earthlink.net

Error Code 500.
Message: Internal Server Error.

I soon discovered that when installing the software supplied by my ISP, they caution the following when using a non-IE browser during the installation process, and instruct you to setup the connection settings for localhost:8080 with regard to their dial-up accelerator, otherwise the accelerator may not work properly.

This conflicts directly with the solution to the above Error Code 500 problem:

The solution is as follows with Mozilla Firefox:
Pull down: Tools->Options->General->Connection->Connection Settings
Choose: Direct connection to the Internet

This problem occurs because there is an error processing the ASP script ,and "Friendly HTTP error messages" (error 404 messages) are enabled in Internet Explorer which do not allow you to see the details of the problem.
To find out the real cause of the error:
Open Internet Explorer, Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced tab.
Uncheck Friendly HTTP error messages

Refresh the page and you should get the real error message and line number of the error.

I tried uninstalling StopZilla but I still can't open the pages. I am very frustrated! I am not a programmer and have no idea what to do as far as a server. I did contact the webmaster, but have not heard back. Is it something I did, as a result of the Stopzilla thing? Is there anything I can do to get rid of this?
Thanks,

500 Internal Server Error
nginx/0.6.39

Can anyone help me out? I'm truly mystified by this error. Certain sites I can log onto and some not. There is no reason (that I would be prohibited) I can't log in to these sites, just out of the blue.

I tried restarting etc. to no avail.

I have an Apple Tiger OS but I don't think that necessarily pertains to this problem isn't it a network thing would it be my carrier?

A:INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

nginx is a a web server software. It is not very popular and used by only a small percentage of sites. Unfortunately, due to the small size and portability of this web server, it is used widely by cyber criminals.

If you are getting this error on many many sites of a wide range., then you have to worry as it is highly unlikely that so many sites are running on nginx.

I would start by checking the DNS servers and proxy servers setting of your browser, OS and the router.

This is a 'catch-all' error generated by You Tubes Web server. Basically something has gone wrong, but the server can not be more specific about the error condition in its response to the client. In addition to the 500 error notified back to the client, the Web server should generate some kind of internal error log which gives more details of what went wrong. It is up to the operators of You Tubes Web server site to locate and analyse these logs.

Do you get this error message when you are trying to install it or download it? Internal server error indicates that you cannot reach the newspaper server in which case you will have to call the newspaper support or see if the newspaper has any info on how to download the paper. I get Internal Server ErrorThe server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.More information about this error may be available in the server error log.Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Server at www.cheerylynndesigns.com Port 80Both my Desktop and laptop are Windows XP Service Pack 3, on the desktop, I tried Firefox, Chrome and IE and they all get the same error. I ran CCCleaner, MalwareBytes Pro, Registry 1st Aid and upgraded to AVG 2012 and none of them found any problems. Firefox updated last night to 7.0 and I noticed the problem after the update. I tried System Restore to a point a few days ago with no change; oddly Firefox did not revert to an older version but stayed at 7.0 I undid the System Restore and am back to normal, still can't reach the website. This is an important site for me as I am on their design team and use it frequently. Thanks for your time. Sandy

I got a new Dell Inspiron 15 laptop with Windows 8.1 a week ago, and I'm having a problem with Windows Media Player 12. When I click on "find album info" I get the following message: 500 - Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

It was working fine the first few days but the past couple of days I've been getting this message whenever I try to find album info. I was able to load close to 200gb worth of music before the problems started. I've been looking for a fix but have found nothing that works. Any suggestions or tips are appreciated.

Turns out it's a nationwide problem with WMP and you're definitely not the only person experiencing it. It's out of our control; hopefully Microsoft gets it under wraps soon. Check it out

Ok Guys, odd one...

I open up explorer (which default homepage is www.google.co.uk) and slowly but surely it will come up.

Type something - anything into the search and submit...
It seems to try to find something then will return an internal server error 500.

I have installed explorer 8 to try and solve the above problem that occured even with Explorer 7 but still no luck.

I have tried all the usual anti-spyware and virus stuff in case this was the cause. (spybot, spywareblaster, malware bytes, avira antivirus etc, cleared temps)

Now the computer used to have mcafee on but I removed it in case this was the cause.

I even tried making a brand new user and the same thing happens with that, google, search, internal server error 500.

If I manually type in a website it works, but cant seem to get google to work!

I also noticed a BING addon... is this normal?

Help please guys!! Is there anyway I can completely remove all of explorers cached websites as it never seems to fully clean up.

Thanks
Andy
