USB-C dock external monitors not working on L370

Q: USB-C dock external monitors not working on L370

We have a few Yoga L370's that are connected to USB-C docks. some have updated their Intel HD Graphics Driver to version 26.20.100.6913 via the System Update Software. After this update the external monitors stop displaying. The only way I could resolve was to roll back to the previous graphics driver. Is there a known issue between the USB-C dock and this video driver? Any help appreciated

I recommend downloading and running DAP. It can help sort out any driver and firmware related issues on your system

It's worked out well for many of us in the past.

You can download it direct from this link http://downloaddap.org. (This link will open the download page of DAP so you can save a copy to your computer.)

Can you guys help me? My understanding is that it should work just fine with my configuration.

Hi, Everyone. Got me a nice little x270 to replace my old x201.  Happy enough with the machine, but getting it connected to my accessories (monitor, keyb, mouse, ethernet) is a bit of a chore. This machine appears to have a "proper" dock port on the bottom.  Is there a compatible ultradock available for the model 20HN x270?  By proper - I mean, Not USB.  A nice dock I can simply drop the machine into when I'm at the home office.. Thanks!

Hi. I've read a ton of topics similar to this but haven't found the solution. I have a ThinkPad T480, Pro Docking Station and USB-C Travel Hub. What are my possibilities to connect the 3rd external display?I have tested:Dock DP1 + Dock DP2 + T480 HDMIDock DP1 + Dock DP2 + USB-C Hub HDMIDock DP1 + Dock DP2 + USB-C Hub VGAUnfortunately, Hub doesn't seem to work properly, when connected to USB-C port in Pro Dock. It works fine when connected directly to T480, but I can't do it while the notebook is docked. The lid is closed and set to do nothing both on battery and charging state. Is upgrading to Elite Docking Station my only option?

Hi, I have a T480s laptop with a Dell D6000 USB C Dock connected via USB C. I am trying to connect 3 external monitors through the dock. 2 on DisplayPort, 1 on HDMI. I have checked other posts on this forum but they don't deal with the problem or are incorrect I have updated all drivers on laptop for display and I've updated drivers and firmware on dock to latest. The dock will display 2 of the external monitors in any combination of DisplayPort or HDMI with the laptop screen working as a 3rd screen. I can get all 4 monitors working with the DisplayPort monitors on the dock and the HDMI plugged directly in to the laptop. However I can only intermittently get 3 monitors working through the dock. Usually when I've unplugged all usb ports and restarted the dock. However the second I remove and replace the usb plug from the laptop the HDMI monitor stops working. This is not reliable though and sometimes it just will not work for no obvious reason. It seems to me that USB C Alt Mode is only intermittently working on the laptop and it seems to stop as soon as I unplug and replug the dock. Can anyone help me get 3 monitors working reliably through the dock?

Is there any official and correct information about supported multi-monitor configurations with new Thinkpads? I'm trying to get Thinkpad P70 with M3000M + Workstation Dock (with 230W) to display different images on two external 4K monitors (Dell P2715Q), and so far without any success. Using DisplayPort 1.2 cables, no MST. Windows 10. All works fine if I'm only connecting one monitor. Laptop screen and the monitor happily get to 4K resolution @ 60Hz. However, as soon as I connect the other monitor, one of the monitors switches to 1920x1080, and 4K resolution isn't available to choose for that monitor. If resolution is set [email protected] both monitors work, but I want 60.  Tried everything. Switching between Discrete & Hybrid in BIOS, clean Windows 10 install (on a separate drive), different cables etc. Same result.  Looking for explanations, went to nVidia Control Panel,  and it reports that BOTH monitors are hooked up to the same DisplayPort (attached)?! Can P70 drive two external 4K monitors @ 60Hz at all?

Hello.
Hoping you can help me here...
I have an X380 Yoga with the USB-C dock.  I bought 2 ACER monitors, each with 2 HDMI ports.  Using HDMI-to-DisplayPort adapters, I have both plugged in to the dock, yet I can only get one of the monitors to actually display anything.  This is all being with my laptop display in use, so I'm not sure if that is coming into play.

Any assistancce/insight you can provide would be GREATLY appreciated.

I recently got a Thinklpad P1 from my company for work, together with a Thunderbolt 3 dock. The installed OS is Ubuntu Linux 18.10 (standard flavour, with Gnome). When I set the graphics to "Hybrid" in the Bios, the 2 external displays plugged in the dock are not detected. Network and USB work fine. When I switch to "Discrete", both monitor are detected and work fine. It's annoying, because the laptop heats up more, the fan runs almost all the time and if I use the laptop unplugged the battery is drained much faster, unless I switch temporarily back to Hybrid. I'm grateful for any help!

Hi all, would really appreciate some help from you all!  I want to connect P50 to two external monitors and have all three displays (p50, monitor 1 and monitor 2) on.  Is that possible without a dock?Monitor 1 is a 21.5 inch Asus monitor with HDMI, VGA and DVI portsMonitor 2 is slight ancient 22 inch HP monitor with only VGA and DVI ports My P50 laptop has HDMI, Thunderbolt, and a Mini displayport connector. Can I connect the P50 to the two monitors and have the displays on all of them (including the laptop) be on?   If yes, what do you recommend is the best way to connect them?

A:P50 display ON plus two external monitors without a dock possible?

First, you haven't mentioned if you have a "discrete graphics" nVidia GPU in your P50. I will assume you do, and I will recommend that you set your BIOS to have Config -> Display -> graphics device set to "discrete graphics".  This will effectively disappear the built-in Intel HD Graphics hardware (from the CPU) which would normally control the laptop screen.  It will instead assign the nVidia GPU to control the laptop screen as well as all externally connected monitors.  You should then download and install the normal latest retail nVidia graphic driver for your Quadro GPU from the nVidia driver download site.

Next, you should use both the miniDisplayPort and HDMI connectors on your P50, to connect to the external monitors. You can connect the HDMI port on the laptop to the monitor which has an HDMI source connector, using a regular HDMI-HDMI cable.

The second external monitor can be connected to the miniDP connector on the P50, but you will need a proper modestly priced miniDP->DVI cable like this one.

That's it. You can use the nVidia Control Panel (installed as part of the normal nVidia driver) to activate all three screens and also to set the desired resolutions on all three screens.

Hi all!! I'm trying to determine if I can utilize 3 external monitors in addition to the laptop screen. I have a T480s with a thinkpad USB - C Dock and my current setup is: - DP to DVI adapter from docking station (for one external monitor)- VGA from docking station (for one external monitor)- Built in laptop screen This works perfect but I'm trying to get a 3rd monitor to work as well. I have a HDMI to VGA adapter that I have tried from the laptop to the 3rd external monitor. It doesn't work. If I unhook the VGA from the dock (one of other monitors), the 3rd monitor will work as expected. It seems trying a 2nd VGA is causing the issue. The 3 monitors I have only have VGA and DVI. I'm thinking about buying either a USB C to DVI/VGA adapter OR a HDMI to DVI adapter but before I do that, I wanted to see if anyone knows if this will work. Sorry for the long message and thanks in advance to anyone that can help! Thanks,

Hello! I have a HP Spectre i5 (http://store.hp.com/SwedenStore/Merch/Product.aspx?id=F4W32EA&opt=UUW&sel=NTB) which i am trying to use two external monitors with. I use this travel dock for connectivity: http://www8.hp.com/emea_africa/en/products/oas/product-detail.html?oid=10127478. What I am trying to do is connect two VGA monitors to the travel dock, one directly into the dock's VGA port and one with a VGA->HDMI adapter into the dock's HDMI port. However, i am not able to discover both external monitors when doing so. Before i spend (even more) time on trying to solve this, is this even possible? If not, what alternatives do i have? I was thinking maybe i can connect both monitors to one VGA->HDMI adapter each and then use something like this into the travel dock (http://www.lightinthebox.com/sv/hdmi-hane-till-dubbla-hdmi-hona-1-2-vags-splitter-kabel-adapter-for-... <-- that one is just the first i got on google, but you get the point). What i want to achieve is when i have my laptop stationary and plugged into the travel dock, i want to extend the screen over my two external monitors. I do not neccesarily need to have the laptop's internal screen active while doing so.  Thanks in advance!

A:HP Spectre with travel dock and two external monitors?

Hi, The travel dock is usefull for you when travelling around. It has ports for you to connect to ONE external monitor or ONE projector using VGA or HDMI (not both). It won't help you to connect TWO external monitors. Full stop. You need a proper dock which supports DisplayLink to be able to have 2 external monitors. I did post few tests last year. Regards.

So, I have a following HW:- ThinkPad T560- ThinkPad Pro Dock 90W (40A10090EU)- 2 external identical monitors (Eizo EV2436W) Currently I am trying to use 3 screens:1. internal on the laptop with resolution 1920x1080 @ 60Hz2. external monitor connected to Pro Dock using DisplayPort with resolution 1920x1200 @ 60Hz3. external monitor connected to Pro Dock using VGA with resolution 1920x1200 @ 60Hz Internal display is okay, unfortunately for the external displays, I can set 1920x1200 only on 1 external monitor by default & 1920x1080 for the other one. When I use tool from Intel for managing the displays, I am able to set the custom resolution for the 2nd monitor to 1920x1200 but the image is blurry (I bet you to come and try to look at it at for 5 minutes). Based on the dock specification I can use only DP+VGA or DVI+VGA and both setups should be able to support 1920x1200 on both monitors. What I tried:- turning everything on and off - update of graphics card driver- update of dock driver- DVI+VGA and DP+VGA (blurry image on VGA)- DVI+DP (not working at all) I bought Pro Dock based on the documentation here, so I expected 2 external monitors at 1920x1200, but I can achieve that only when the second monitor is not connected to dock, but directly to laptop using MiniDisplayPort-DisplayPort cable, but that ruins the whole purpose of having a dock. Any help highly appreciated!

I have a ThinkPad T580 with the Ultra Dock (40AJ0135US) and I'm wanting to use two external 4k monitors. I found this post (https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/ThinkPad-T400-T500-and-newer-T/How-many-DisplayPorts-are-available-on-t...) that seems to indicate that this cannot be done, but it doesn't make sense since the dock utilizes two USB-C connections from the T580. Can a DP and USB-C on the dock be used for two 4k monitors? Is there any combination of ports that would allow the dock to support two 4ks? I recently upgraded from an EliteBook 8570w to a ZBook 17 G2.  I had 3 external  monitors working on the 8570w with Windows 7.  My ZBook is running Windows 8.1 (64-bit), however, I can only get 2 monitors running at the same time.   My docking station is an HP Advanced Docking Station (A7E38AA), and the displays are all HP's.  1 is a Z24i connected with DisplayPort, the 2nd is a ZR2440w also connected with DisplayPort.  The 3rd is another Z24i connected with VGA.  It is the VGA display that is not working currently. I've tried updating the drivers and that didn't work, in fact since I updated the driver, the 2 working displays screens seem to flash off and back on at random intervals (almost like the display settings were changed).  I also tried to connect the VGA monitor directly to the VGA port on the laptop and did not get any results. The 3rd monitor is simply just not being detected.  If I look at the NVida Control Panel, it is only showing the 2 displays, as does the Windows Display Settings.   Any ideas?  Is there something I am missing, or is this a Windows 8.1

Hi psubsee2002, Can we test the VGA input of the monitor and VGA cable to make sure they are not the root cause. I would like you to get a known working VGA cable and a knonw wokring monitor. If the VGA input of the monior and VGA cable is good, pleas try the following: Go into BIOS -> Advanced -> Device Confirugation -> Disable "Hybrid Graphic." By doing this, it will only allow the unit to use your Nvidia video card rather than your onboard Intel graphic and Nvidia. Since you're connecting to multiple monitors, lets use the Nvidia graphic which can handle graphic at better rate.  Thank you, -Tenzin

I'm unable to get my X1 Yoga to detect external monitors when plugged into the OneLink+ dock. This started occuring when my computer upgraded to the creators update. I thought I found a thread of others with the same issue (linked below), but it turns out I was waiting for a fix that didn't apply to me. I'm super frustrated right now. Stuff I've tried so far.1. Updated all drivers using Lenovo Service Bridge (even optional drivers)2. Installed the Fall Creators update preview (after being told it would fix the issue)3. Completely reinstalled Windows4. There's a firmware update available for it, but you can't install it unless it is actively connected to a monitor (go figure).  When attempting to install, I get the code 255 "Can't connect to Synaptics VMMxxxx DP hub IC" If anyone has any sugestions, I'd greatly appreciate it. Hi.  I'm hoping I can get this resolved on this forum.I just got my system and am trying to connect my 3 external monitors.    My setup is as follows:Monitor 1 - laptop screen - works.Monitor 2 - HDMI out to HDMI in - worksMonitor 3 - DP out to HDMI in via a DP-HDMI cable.  - worksMonitor 4 - DP ou to DVI in via a DP-DVI adapter - doesn't work. I can't figure out how to make this work.I also tried this setup:Monitor 1 - laptop screen - works.Monitor 2 - VGA out to VGA in - worksMonitor 3 - HDMI out to HDMI in - worksMonitor 4 - DP out to HDMI in via a DP-HDMI cable.  - doesn't work. Incidentally in this configuration, when I closed the laptop screen this monitor worked.  Also on a related note, the Nvidia Quadro P500  is sitting idle as the Intel UHD 620 is doing all the work.  How can I control this? Thanks for any suggestions. Sal

A:Thinkpad P52S Ultra Dock and 3 External Monitors

As stayed in PSREF, P52s supports up to three independent displays. Laptop's screen includes in this limit, meaning you can use two external displays at that time. When you close the lid, you can use three external displays. To use more, you'll need some sort of USB adapter to increase such a limit. Regarding other question, you can't disable Intel GPU - it's always active and it's always controls screen output. NVIDIA's dGPU can be configured to be used in selected applications, making them to work with higher performance. P52 and P72 for sure have an ability to disable Intel iGPU, giving the control of screen output to dGPU. Probably P1 and/or X1 Extreme have the same feature too.

Hello,
I have a Latitude E7470 for work and when I first started using it with my docking station to external monitors, I was noticing a similar issue as was brought up in the thread linked below. One of my two external monitors (seemingly randomly) would flicker once, or periodically to a point where it was distracting. Additionally, I have seen the graphics card crash a few times after such problems appeared.

I implemented the "fix" that was linked (and marked as the answer to the thread) over lunch about a week ago, and more things went haywire from there. Basically, at this point I am unable to connect to any external monitors through the docking station. I have resorted to having a single monitor connected via HDMI, but it is hardly conducive to working and I would really like to have my multiple monitor setup back (even with the flashing problem, at the least).
Is there any way to undo the actions I have run, or is there a more up to date fix for this issue?
Link to "fix":
Any response and guidance would be greatly appreciated. I'd really like to not have to resort to getting a different style (USB 3.0) docking station if I can prevent it.

A:Latitude E7470 External Monitors with Dock Problems

Yes I am referring to one of the external monitors flashing constantly when it resumes.  This has happened with previous Latitude models and you will see a synaptics VMM update within the video section of the 7450 that fixes this issue.

Hi All OK, so I have a W530 with the mini dock 170W: great machine.  Originally I just had one external LCD, and no issues. I now have another LED, and I get screen flicker on both external monitors (laptop screen is fine). Details:-Windows 8BIOS 2.51Graphics: Quadro K2000M with driver 310.90 (updated to latest in hope it would fix issue)Of extra note: I have a dock at home and work, and both have dual monitors.  At home connection is DVI for both. At work, one is DisplayPort and the other DVI. 3 displays are Samsung, and 1 a Dell...all around 23/24" size. The setup at work did work without flicker at one point with two displays...it was flickering, and I played around with cables, and rebooted, etc. and after lots of time/frustration the flicker stopped...but since docking again, has started :-( I have read lots of google about ground loop issue: bit concerned about ditching grounds on monitors, and would have thought that if this is such a common issue, there would be a better solution supported/provided by the laptop manufacturers...so have not followed this suggestion... If anyone else is running a similar system without flicker it would be interesting to get your exact system spec to help determine which aspect of the system causes this... RegardsPaul.

I would make sure the notebook is firmly pushed down and into the connector on the dock.  I usually dock my machine fairly carefully, then push it down firmly after I know it is lined up properly.

I prefered to use these two screens with my laptop closed on the docking station, but could also open the laptop on the dock and have a third screen available. ISSUE: With my new ThinkPad (T440) there is no VGA port on the laptop. I have purchased a simple HDMI to VGA Converter Adapter - see link:https://www.amazon.ca/VicTsing-Gold-plated-Converter-Ultrabook-Devices-Black/dp/B016LVT51G/ref=sr_1_...   I am using the same ThinkPad Pro Dock station as with my previous laptop. With my new T440 I am able to work with my laptop open or closed on the docking station with one external display plugged into the docking station. I am also able to work with one external display plugged directly into my laptop using the VGA to HDMI converter adapter.  ISSUE 2: The laptop will not recognize when both screens are plugged in at the same time, but they each work when I have only one plugged in either to the dock or directly to the laptop. PLEASE HELP!! TIA

Hello all, As the Yoga 720 15'' has only one Thunderbolt port, with no other ports for connecting more displays, I'm looking for a solution for connecting two monitors through this single port. The problem is that the Thunderbolt 3 to dual DisplayPort adapters do not seem to be working on this laptop for some reason according to threads on this forum. (although it has the appropriate hardware I suppose?)I saw a solution using the Lenovo Thunderbolt Dock, but it's quite expensive... I thought to myself: suppose I have two monitors that supported DisplayPort daisy chaining, could I use this ability and connect them to the laptop? Connecting one monitor directly to the laptop, and then connecting the other monitor to the first one using daisy chaining. Like so:Yoga -> Thunderbolt to DispalyPort adapter -> Monitor 1 -> DisplayPort -> Monitor 2.  I couldn't find any info about this method (only that it is possible on the XPS 15 which also has Thunderbot with two lanes only...)  Have someone already tried this method? Or could try it? (pretty please... )Or could at least tell me if it is possible? I'm really looking forward to buying this laptop and this is the main reason that stops me...  Note: I am aware about the bandwith limitations. I plan to use only two 2K displays. Thank you!

Hi,
I have just upgraded from an E6410 to an E7440. I have two Dell 2007FP monitors connected via DVI on an E-series E-Port Plus dock. The native resolution of these monitors is 1600x1200 @ 60 Hz and my old E6410 was able to run this just fine. The new E7440 however refuses to see that 1600x1200 is available and has an upper limit of 1280x1024 @ either 60 or 75 Hz. The Intel graphics properties app does show that 1600x1200 @ 60 Hz is a supported mode of the monitor in the Information Center section, but it won't let me select it in the Display Options section.
Anyone know if this is a fundamental limitation of the docking connector on the new 7000 series or if I just have something set wrong somewhere? All the drivers are up to date as far as the Dell support site is concerned ... The machine is running Windows 7 64 bit if that makes a difference.
Thanks & regards,
  Martin

A:Problem with Latitude E7440, E-series dock & external monitors

Sorry - should have come back sooner as my IT guys at work found the "fix". This is a driver update that is for the E7440 but doesn't come up if you search for E7440 updates (???). Anyway, I got the required driver from:
http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04/DriverDetails/Product/latitude-e5540-laptop?driverId=PTPX3&osCode=W764&fileId=3292828809&languageCode=en&categoryId=VI
Whilst the link is from the E5540 area, the driver is for the Intel HD4400 GPU that is in the E7440 as well. This has fixed the issue on all the E7440s we have here.

Checking to see if anyone has had this issue. We have 5 T570 20JW, running the most current verison of Windows 10Pro and since Yesterday (9/18/17), whenever a user undocks their laptop and then redocks it the external monitors do not turn back on and Windows does not recognize the 2 displays either. The only way we have been able to get them to show back up is to either reseat one or both of the monitor cables from the dock or put the laptop into sleep mode and then wake it backup using the docking station power button. It's not the displaying drivers causing the issue, at least not directly as we have tried the most current and the last release and neither fix the issue and as I stated this just started on 9/18 and the most current drivers are a few months old now. My only guess is that it's one of the 5 lenovo updates that where installed yesterday or the latest bios update (See the attached picture). I haven't had the chance yet to uninstall each of the 5 updates because I will need to go download the last version of each of them first, but wanted to see if any one else has had this happen and to forwarn anyone that has one to be careful with the most current updates. Thanks, Joseph

Other times it'll flash so much that the computer has to be rebooted Tried the following-Send back to depot. They replaced system board and issue persists-Ran Lenovo firmware updates - issue persists-Tried a suggestion from a Lenovo forum to Enable Thunderbolt BIOS Assist Mode and reboot then disable and reboot Has anyone else had this issue and if so are there any suggestions? Thanks!

My company has issue me a Lenovo T470s and an Ultra Dock to replace my existing equipment. I have two external monitors connected to the docking station with display port cables. The problem that I am experiencing is that if the laptop is docked and the cover is open, I get video on the laptop display and one external monitor. The other external monitor gets no signal and goes to sleep. If I close the laptop cover, I get video on both external monitors. A co-worker told me that this was working as designed and that the solution for getting video on all three monitors was to connect one external monitor to one of the display ports and the other to the DVI port. (He hadn't tested this configuration and is using two display ports with the laptop cover closed.) I tried my coworker's suggestion and got the same result but prior to switching to DVI, I downloaded and installed the latest(?) driver for the HD Graphics 620 adapter from this website (lenovo.com) and that seemed to solve the problem (when using two display ports) but after shutting the laptop down, I had the same issue the next day. What I want, is to have the laptop cover open and still be able to use two external monitors and get optimal resolution on all three monitors. What's the best configuration for achieving this? (Don't guess, like my co-worker. Give me something you've tested and that you can confirm that it works.)

I have the exact same equipment at home and at work and yet the resolution on my second monitor at work will not go to the 3840 x 2160 that I have at home. Both locations have:1. X1 Yoga (first gen, model number 20FQ002YUS) -- It's the same laptop that I take between home and work2. ThinkPad OneLink+ Dock (model number DU9047S1)3. Two (2) Asus monitors (model number PB287Q) that go to 3840 x 2160 max resolution, connected to the OneLink+ Dock via DiplayPort cables I've been running this configuation with NO PROBLEM at home for the past 9 months.  So I recently purchased a new OneLink+ Dock and two new monitors for my work office and while one monitor will go to 3840 x 2160, the other will not go above 1920 x 1080, UNLESS, I use a mini DisplayPort cable from the second monitor directly into the X1 Yoga (bypassing the OneLink+ Dock) HERE'S WHAT'S BAFFLING: I assumed it was the dock and so I brought the one from home to work and found I had the SAME problem, suggesting it was the second monitor.   But I exchanged the second monitor for a new one and still have the same problem.  The docks are running the most current firmware. I'll send a gift card to your favorite coffee house if you can solve this mystery.  Thanks!

Hello all, I am a solutions architect trying to solve an issue which I have never heard of before. Though others users are having this same issue, my experience has been different then what they have seen. First,The following are the Security options for Thunderbolt devices as per user guide

No Security: Allow Thunderbolt devices to be connected automatically.
User Authorization: Allow Thunderbolt devices to be connected after user authorization.
Secure Connect: Allow Thunderbolt devices to be connected with a saved key that has been approved by the user.
Display Port and USB: Allow only DisplayPort-compatible devices and USB devices to be connected. Thunderbolt devices are not allowed to be connectedI don't think this is entirely true or at least does not apply properly each time. My scenario:T480, T580, or Yoga x1 3rd genImaging with a standalone MDT environmentDevices come pre-configured from Lenovo with Thunderbolt 3 Security Options set to "User Authentication" Installing all the drivers in the latest SCCM driver packs that Lenovo offers - though the x1 3rd gen driver pack was missing on the site this morning. On some devices, this security option seems to do absolutely nothing. MDT uses the local "Administrator" account to perform post-OS items. I'd say about 75% of the devices reach their destination and the user logs in for the first time as a user, not an admin, and the dock functions properly; monitors/mice/keyboard/etc. work. 25% of ... We've been having screen issues when using a DisplayLink dock (specifically a Targus dock [ACP71USZ]).
There are two external monitors connected to it (making it 3x screens total).
When connected the first time, all three screens work. But after a few minutes sometimes an hour, all three screens flicker and only the two external monitors work. When going to display settings, we only see the two external monitors. The laptop screen is not detected. When clicking detect, all three screens work again before flickering and returning to two external monitors only. When looking in the intel graphics GUI, nothing shows (until i repeat the process and press detect in display settings).
We tried installing to the latest intel drivers with no luck.
I ran the dell diagnostic tools multiple times (the preboot one and the desktop one) and saw no issues.
The older XPS 15 (9530) never has an issue.

I am a little confused about the dock you mentioned. The specs for it say that it has 1 HDMI, 1 VGA, and 2 DVI ports, no DisplayLink.

Not able to get two monitors (Samsung S27E450) plugged into a ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 docking unit to work with my X1 Yoga (Gen 2).   Montiors connected to docking via DisplayPort cables.   Windows 10 shows the monitors showing up as "Generic PnP" so something is being recognized.  Tried deleting the device in Device Manager, reboot.  Not finding the drivers on the Samsung site.   Any help appreciated.
