I recommend downloading and running Reimage. It's a computer repair tool that has been proven to identify and fix many Windows problems with a high level of success.

I've used it in the past to identify and fix everything from blue screens (BSOD's), ActiveX errors, corrupt files and processes, dll/exe/sys errors, recover lost memory, Windows update problems, defragging, malware removal etc.

You can download it direct from this link http://downloadreimage.com/download.php. (This link will automatically start a download of Reimage that you can save to your computer.)

A:Does my device has Bluethooth

Hi: Below is the link to the product specs page for your notebook. http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-15-r100-Notebook-PC-series/7234951/model/7582561/document/c04... It does not come with built in bluetooth networking, or that feature would have been listed along with the 1x1 802.11b/g/n WLAN Wireless Connectivity specification.

I have a Yoga 2 13. Which I have just finished upgrading from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. After the upgrade I no longer see the ability to connect bluetooth devices, nor do I see the bluethooth driver listed in device manager. I downloaded and installed the Windows 10 bluethooth drivers from the support site (2cyb01af.exe), but it still does not come back.I see a "Unknown USB device (device descriptor has failed) driver in the device manager. The properties showWindows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)A request for the USB device descriptor failed. I suspect this is the driver for the bluetooth but I am not sure. Has anyone done an upgrade and had this issue.

A:wifi drops when i turn on bluethooth

Since there is a Bluetooth Network Adapter and Bluetooth, which one did you turn off?  The Bluetooth switch on the Bluetooth Settings page, which stops both or the Bluetooth Network Adapter?
The Airplane mode turns of both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi so I assume that is not involved.
What type of transfer were you doing?
The replacement device was another Dell Wireless and not Intel?
Bluetooth and Wi-Fi use similar frequencies, any chance some type of interference is happening?  Since the radios are on the same card, it might be more related to an antenna..

Well, first off I would like to say this is not a bluetooth pairing problem, just thought I would clear that up haha

Anyways here is the problem:
I have my Bluetooth adapter connected to my PC via USB.
It is seen in "Devices and Printers" as a Bluetooth device.
But when I right click to access the bluetooth settings its not in the menu.
And the Bluetooth settings is not in the control panel,
My device does not show up in device manager,
And to top it all off the Bluetooth service is running which should allow me to access such features.

I have gone through several Google pages and searches looking for a solution but found nothing.
Everyone simply suggests to do a system restore back to the time when the Bluetooth worked,
Unfortunately I have not used my Bluetooth in months so I do not know when this change occurred.

So if anyone could help it would be much appreciated. Thank you
