Hey, I recently bought an Asus GTX 750 ti OC graphics card for use in my Lenovo Ideacentre 700-25ISH. Unfortunately, the graphics card has a six-pin power connector that I cannot connect to anything. I recommend downloading and running Reimage. It's a computer repair tool that has been proven to identify and fix many Windows problems with a high level of success.

I've used it in the past to identify and fix everything from blue screens (BSOD's), ActiveX errors, corrupt files and processes, dll/exe/sys errors, recover lost memory, Windows update problems, defragging, malware removal etc.

You can download it direct from this link http://downloadreimage.com/download.php. (This link will automatically start a download of Reimage that you can save to your computer.)

Hi everyone I could really use your help, a few weeks back my video card started crashing my system (Windows 10) My all in one is about 5 years old. Windows is still running in the background and the monitor display color patterns. I went to the support site to look for a replacement--I thought maybe it was the driver. I already had the most recent driver I disabled the AMD Radeon HD 6400 adapter and used the Windows 10 driver--that worked for a week. I am not back to the colorful screen patterns on my all in one My questions are: 1. is there a driver update? or2. can the video card be replaced? without replacing the Motherboard?3. Do I need to buy a new machine? I need this machine back in business ASAP your help would be appreciated. Thank you,Ruby

A:IdeaCentre B320 Lenovo / Video Card

Hi rsprowls, You can try and download the latest driver of the video card from http://support.amd.com/en-us. If the driver update does not resolve the issue, I would recommend getting a new system. The video card is integrated into motherboard a getting a new motherboard for this model may be difficult, and the cost would not be economical. If your are still interested in replacing the motherboard, you can get the part number from the Hardware Maintenance Manual at support.lenovo.com  under the Documentation of the system. Hope this helps. Cheers,

Hey guys,When browsing the display driver details via Windows, I see that the active display adapter is the Intel on-board adapter. Couldn't find a way to disable the on-board adapter via Bios and force the machine to run with the discrete Nvidia card (which is indicated to be fully operational by the hardware-test program). Is this the proper functionality? If so, this means that behind the scenes the system utilizes them both?Thx.

A:Ideacentre AIO 700 - Graphics card selection

This took me a while to figure out as well. Open the NVIDIA Control Panel by rightclicking the NVIDIA GPU icon in the system tray (or find it via a Cortana search). Click on Manage 3D settings. You will see two tabs. The one for global settings will let you default to the NVIDIA GPU if you want. By default, it selects based on the program running. The other tab lets you make settings by program. I am not sure whether there is any advantage to using the Intel GPU ever. If anyone knows, I would appreciate that info.

A:Lenovo IdeaCentre 700-25ISH video card upgrade.

I believe that those come with a 400w power supply (PSU), but you should check to be sure.   The 400w PSU would support up to a Nvidia GTX 960 GPU, but beyond that you would probably need to upgrade the PSU to a 600w or better depending what the power requirements are on the GPU(s)  you plan on installing.       You can install a standard 600w (or better) ATX power supply, but you will need to buy a 24pin to 10pin adapter to connect to the system board, because for some reason Lenovo chose to use use a proprietary 10pin connection in its "Easy-to-Upgrade Powerhouses", instead of the industry standard 24pin connection, which before an adapter was released by a 3rd party, made upgrading its "Easy-to-Upgrade" systems PSU very very difficult. Good Luck,   IBM Lenovo PSU Main Power 24-Pin to 10-Pin Adapter Cable (30cm)http://www.moddiy.com/products/IBM-Lenovo-PSU-Main-Power-24%252dPin-to-10%252dPin-Adapter-Cable-%283...

Since its a all in one, it might be a mobile soldered on graphics card, or just integrated graphics all together. Do you have the machine type and model (MTM)? I can then see what graphics card goes with that model.

Hi, I've recently been thinking about saving up for a new computer becaue the HP I have now is just awful and I really like the looks of a Lenovo I found on BestBuy, It's an IdeaCentre 300s it looks like it's a great computer, i5 4th gen processor, 8gb of RAM, 1TB HD. The only thing I didn't like was the integrated graphics so I figured I would buy a Graphics card seperately and just put it in. From my understanding I should hypothetically be able to do this on certain computers. However, I'm not sure if I can on this computer so my question is can I do this and have the new graphics card work properly and if so then what type of graphics card specs should I be looking for to match this computer. I really want to get this computer, it's a great price for a decent build but I don't know if I want to buy it if I'm stuck with integrated graphics.

A:Can I change the graphics card on IdeaCentre 300s

Hi Blackknight5000 ,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Would you be getting this desktop IdeaCentre 300s ?

The integrated graphics card is an additional feature of modern desktop nowadays.
If the add on card fails , the integrated GPU would allow you to still use. It also allow users to purchase a lower cost desktop and to upgrade it later to user's own choice of graphic card.

You would notice from the hardware manual (page 34) that there is also 1 PCIE slot x 16  for the addon card .
Under specifications tab on the bestbuy ,internal list shows Number Of PCI-E x16 Slots  : 1

Cards recommended and tested for full performance  : (page 48)
part number : 00PC564 NV GF GT720 1G VGA/HDMI LP VIDEO_CARD part number :00PC522 NV GF GT720 2G VGA/HDMI LP VIDEO_CARD

Hope this answered your query.

So I just got a new EVGA GTX 1060 SC 6GB yesterday to replace my GTX 650 ti. Of course, installing it could not have gone smoothly, so here's the problem. Upon booting the PC with the new graphics card, the screen displays the "Lenovo" splash screen and does nothing past that - I cannot open the BIOS. It may also be worth noting that the internal speaker beeps once every 30 seconds. After a few beeps, the monitor goes to sleep. I have checked the manufacturer's online manuals for a reason behind the beeping - no such beeping signal exists (not to my finding, at least).Given that the graphics card displays "Lenovo" and the fan runs, I'm not sure that it's a DOA card.Upon putting the old graphics card back in, everything works smoothly. Yes, I uninstalled the drivers for the old card before attempting to insert the new. I also installed the GTX 1060 correctly. It was seated all the way in and the power cable was plugged in as well. I have installed the new card several different times to be sure. I have gone into the BIOS and told it to use the GPU specifically as well. This is a pre-built Lenovo Ideacentre gaming desktop and I got it used. This is the closest I could find to what I have: http://www.officedepot.com/a/products/779722/Lenovo-Ide...*Only difference I know of is that my PC has 16 GB of RAM.The label says it was made in 2012, so not sure if my motherboard or BIOS is too old...? I have a lenovo g50 70 with an i3 processor and i have a question: how can i find if i have the amd graphic card in my laptop? Is nowhere to be seen in device manager. I only have the intel graphics. On specs it says that i have a dexicated graphic. But after installing the drivers, nothing came out. I did install drivers in proper order. Is there any way to see if i have that graphics(amd)? Where is located on motherboard? Or do i have a slot for dedicated graphic card on the motherboard?

I have a Lenovo H50-55 (AMD) dekstop with a built into the motherboard graphics card.  I want to install a higher end graphics card into the PCI express slot.  I have upgraded the power supply to a 500 watt PSU and added 8GB of ram for a total of 16.  I have two graphics cards that I already have and I have tried:  a Galaxy Nvidia GeForce 210 1GB DDR2 card; and a Zotac 9400GT 1 GB 128 BIT DDR2 card.  In both cases after I install the card there is no video either through the unit's built-in ports or the new card's ports.  I have tried resetting the BIOS to AGD or PEG (the only available settings besides auto) with no result.  I do not see an option to bypass the motherboard's video ports in the setup.  Any advice on how to get a new video card working would be appreciated.  The two cards I am using are older so is it that I need a newer card?  Thank you

Hello, I've been having a problem where my graphics card is disabled for my computer and I don't know why. I've tried downloading different/older drivers, I've tried disabling and then reenabling the graphics card, I've looked around the internet and nobody seems to have the a solution for this problem. When I go to the device management menu on my computer it says that the device (the graphics card) is completely updated, enabled, and working properly. But when I go on the Crimson menu for AMD, it tells me that it is disabled. Whenever I try to play a video game on my computer and I go to the graphics options menu, the video game tells me that it is using the integrated graphics instead of the AMD graphics and I have no option to switch. I'm attaching several screen shots to this post so that you can better see my point. Is there any way this could be fixed without me having to send my computer back to lenovo? I am running Windows 10. Thank you very much for your time.  These are the pictures

A:Lenovo H515 and 505, graphics card

Hi DonMaidment,

Welcome to Lenovo Community Forums!

You will need to look on two things

- Compatible Graphics
Here are some compatible graphics adapter from the Lenovo H515 Maintenance Manual
If you are going to purchase a Video card that's not on this list, I suggest you do a test First before purchasing it as I'm not too sure if other Graphics model will work.

- Power Supply
Your Power Supply must match the Videocard Requirement,
or else you will need to upgrade the power supply as well.

Could you guys help me?  Graphics card: https://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-Radeon-Windforce-Graphics-GV-RX460WF2OC-4GD/dp/B01K1JVCRE/ref=sr_1_7...

A:LENOVO H50 - 90BG003JUS Graphics card questions.

Hello Deslothen

Thank you for using the Lenovo forum

Most Desktops are open to configuration there is three main things you will need to keep in mind.

1 is that is the part you would like to upgrade compatible with your unit, most of the time you can find the right information from the hardware manual.

2 upgrading parts can void warranty if something is damaged.

3 upgrading a gpu will need more power then what the psu already in your unit can produce, this means you will most likely need to upgrade your psu aswell.

Hope this help you and let us know how you get onDid someone help you today? Thank them with a Kudo! If you find a post helpful and it answers your question, please mark it as an "Accepted Solution"!

I have a Lenovo T540p which I have just imaged. I use the SCCM Package provided by Lenovo. Everything imaged fine except I am having issues installing the Intel Graphics driver. I beleive its the Intel HD Graphics 4600 (10.18.14.4414). When I attempt to install it, I get an error saying: the setup program failed to install 1 or more of the drivers. I have tried t440p and w540 model intel drivers but no luck. The Nvidia drivers won't let me install without the intel. Has anyone ran into this situation and can give me an idea on why the laptop is not installing the intel hd graphics driver? Thanks

Hi all, i have a big issue with my Lenovo G50-70.During the play of Diablo III, my notebook had a power loss and it powered down unexpectedly.Once booted up, the system cannot recognize anymore the graphic card AMD RADEON R5 M230 but only the Intel Integrated graphic card.I think the R5 M230 video card is completely gone (cannot resurrect it with only drivers installation or play with bios).... I would like to know if i can repair, substitute it or change it by sending the notebook to a Lenovo Center or by a Specialist Notebook Center Repair. Waiting on your reply.  Regards.
