I have contacted lenovo customer service for so many times regarding the repeating issues that I have with my bluetooth connection on my THINKPAD A475 device. I got my wireless card replaced for 3 times in 2 weeks already and also a keyboard replacement due to the cracking noise and stuck "TAB" key. The problem keeps happening even 3 times of on-site repair and also the keyboard they replaced for me also got problems already, the space key will register two times and the "BACKSPACE" , "ENTER", "SHIFT" are all making weird  cracking noise and they all feel completely different to other keys. I told them that I will not want to repaire and I want a full refund or replacement of new model that I prefer if I have the same problems again for the fourth time. I am completely frustrated  because they keep telling me that they will not refund me or replace my laptop if I cannot show them the tax invoice or receipt of purchase of this laptop. I told them that I do not keep it anymore  and they can send someone here to come  and pick up this laptop as it has serial number and all that. But still they refuse to do so and keep going back to the same question and answer and passing me to other customer service advisers.  I am tired of this infinite troubleshooting and my workflow has been completely ruined by this laptop. Hi,I purchase Lenovo flex 3 model last year online from lenovo site. Somehow in few months i started getting touch screen/cursor hanging problems in laptop. I called up customer care and try to resolve the issue.They suggested me to do factory reset and try once more.I did factory reset, but issue still persist.Next I debugged the issue with technician online and he asked me to send the machine to repairing center.After 3 weeks I received my machine again factory reset and problem of touchscreen didn't solved at all.Then I again called up technician and asked for refund on 8th December, somehow after multiple follow ups i got a call from CRM Crystal1 holeman and she still didn't agreed to refund and suggested me for another chance of repair. As I already told them that i am moving out of country on December27/28, I want everything to be solved by then.Some how looking at the parts unavailability and my stay in country, she agreed for refund. Thankful to her for that.Now she asked me to send the lenovo laptop to return center with shipping label lenovo had provided. It reached to Lenovo return center on Dec 16th. And same day she agreed to process the refund. She told me that it may take upto 3-5 business days to process the refund. Crystal1 responds very rarely and this looks annoying to me to get my answers.I am still trying to follow up with her to get transaction number to track how far has my refund being processed. Still waiting for my money in my acc... Hi,I sent my Y700 for depot repair after it started malfunctioning, and they could not repair even after two weeks and hence approved my case for a refund. They said the refund will take a week and someone will get in touch. Now, it has been close to 4 weeks, no one has contacted. Everytime I contact the customer care , they mention the machine is in service center still and it needs to reach the warehouse before they can issue refund but they cannot answer why it is taking time.Now, they have closed the service ticket and expired the warranty of the product(still 2 months were left) and the case manager is not even replying to the emails.Should I consider taking legal action against lenovo ?I have all the case number and refund approval mails.

(posted in wrong place previously) In December, my laptop starting resetting itself (still in warranty). Its now May, and Lenovo are still refusing to give me a refund or a replacement. I feel I've been very understanding and patient at all the slow failed attempts to deal with the problem, but I'm completely fed up now. I'm a student, so having a reliable laptop is obviously really helpful, but I've spent many weeks of this year without a laptop whilst Lenovo have tried to repair it, and the rest of the time I've had a laptop that resets without warning which means I sometimes lose work even though I save my work regularly and back it up.  In January, it was sent to be repaired, they replaced the hard drive, but the problem still kept happening when it came back in February. In February, it was sent to be repaired again. They couldn't replicate the problem so claimed it was working fine (even though I had sent evidence that it wasn't fine, each reset left reports in the reliability monitor about bug report 124 and that it was a hardware error). So they sent it back unchanged after several weeks. Lenovo told me if the problem was still happening that they would refund or replace it.However, when I reported it still did happen, they said actually it was Lenovo's policy that there must be three failed repairs before they would do that.So in March I sent it off again to be repaired, this time they acknowledged again there was a fault, but they just repla... Personally, my experience has always been good but security software behaves different with each computer. Whether or not you can receive a refund is probably a case by case basis in which only they can have a sure answer.

Bought my laptop one month ago and yesterday it black screened and is just a paperweight now. Lonovos only solution to selling defective computers is to repair them. What I couldn't get them to understand is that I don't want a broken and repaired laptop, that's not what I paid for. I paid for a no defective computer. You cant give me a broken machine that you band-aided for the same price as a new machine. I just want a replacement or my money back. I feel as if I'm getting screwed over big time here, and that's not how a company should do business. Don't sell me a lemon and then offer to fix it. I didn't want a lemon in the first place. I want what I paid for, a fully functional non defective machine. Lenovo refuses and is keeping the money. Lesson learned.

i have an IBM e-series x220 ( windows 2000)
it has a tape player for back up. the other day i went to change the tapes in the morning and the tape wouldn't come out. i left it for like 4 hours and then i came back and it was out. now by mistake i was trying to put a cleaning tape because that's what i figured was the problem, and then by mistake i put in another tape. but this time it didn't come out for 4 days . i triede and tried .

i really need help on this , because i need to get that tape player running for my backups.

i can not figure out how to contact lenevo at all.  the support page runs around in circles.  i figured i am sol on this ideapad that had two hard drive failures under warranty then a few months out of warramty it failed again.  i am going to need a recovery usb and win 10 number because i am trying to do new install on ssd and dump the broke seagate hdd after warranty replaced with screws missing from hardrive bracket.

Hi, I have few issues with my Lenovo Yoga X1 and I want to contact support directly by opening support ticket describing my problems. Does Lenovo have support at all or we are left with these forums only?I have many issues like:- Integrated SIM data access card is very often not working and sometimes I need to wait for it for 20-30 minutes to "start up" until I can use my mobile internet- When I first bought my laptop I had an option for automatic keyboard backlight (laptop detects environment and sets it accordingly). That option is gone now and I cannot enable it anywhere.- Sometimes my fingerprint sensor data somehow gets reset and I have to do it all over again (set it up, etc.). As if BIOS is reset to factory settings on it's own- When I connect to my laptop using RDP  Wacom ISD Service starts killing my CPU and only way to get rid of it is to stop the service (which affects digitizer then)- Battery lasts around 5 hours at best even on power saving mode- Intel bluetooth driver cannot install. I tried more than once and it fails each time (using Lenovo companion).  I have all the latest drivers and BIOS firmware installed. Also all the Windows updates are installed.

Hello: I purchased a P52 last month and have been trying to get things up and running. I have a question on installing an NVME drive that I have seen answers to, but some answers have been contradicting. I just wanted to get an answer from Lenovo, thinking I can believe them better than anyone. I can't find an email address to contact them anywhere on the website. Does anyone have an email I can use to contact them? It is a sad state of affairs when a company in todays world does not give out an email address for customers to contact them. I am not really happy with this computer yet and am thinking maybe I should return it while I still have a chance. I don't have much time left to return for a refund.Thanks to anyone that can help.

What is Lenovo support made of, exactly? My company has bought a Thinkpad T430 from them at a good price, and there is warranty on the device for another 6 months or so. There is a software quality issue with the touchpad driver that really kills it for me, and I would like to first bring this to Lenovos attention and at least get some sort of acknowledgement from their representative to the fact that the issue exists, and also to get their response and help with it. I hit the Support link, and there is nothing there like a chat or support request links. I tried Contact Us, and at the following page, where one of the items for some strange reason is in Italian, and another is in Norwegian, even though I have explicitly configured English as language, and everything else is in English as well. ?Does Lenovo actually have any support? I mean as in real support, not automated knowledge base, where I could not find the issue mentioned above, after looking through a list of more than one hundred entries. How do I initiate some sort of support related conversation with some Lenovo people? Is it not completely appalling how you buy advertised laptop worth hundreds of dollars, that includes tens of distinct hardware components and also tens of software components (if not hundreds) and there is no *actual* support for the item?

You'd think that the Contact Us part under the Support section would...I dunno, maybe give me a phone number or email or some form to fill out or some way to contact Lenovo. But I guess since my warrenty is expired, this is my best option (I refuse to pay just to get in contact with this company). So, some months ago the inner hinge where the laptop screen connects to the keyboard/computer part of my laptop broke, causing the screen and hinge to start coming undone. I had to throw some electric tape over it to keep it together for now, but it's getting worse (picture below). I need to get in contact with someone at Lenovo to see if this would be considered a manufacturer's error as it was internal and not broken from misue, or if not then I need a price qoute for repairs and a way to send this in. Someone from Lenovo, please respond via email. Thank you.

How do I contact Lenovo to have them look up the original Windows 7 HP key to my computer?  I'm having trouble reactivating my Windows 10 after a major crash and Microsoft cannot help me without having the original key to the operating system that was originally installed on my computer.  All the options I see are to ask here or pay Lenovo to ask someone.  Is there any other way?  Or do I just buy a new copy of Windows 10 Pro and cut my losses?

I got several advices, none of them was working. I somehow partially resolved the problem and the camera sometimes works and sometimes not (I do not know how to control this). I think this is a typical software problem with the driver. But, I am most annoyed because I cannot find a direct Lenovo contact for technical support (e-mail address, phone number, maybe even on-line help on distance). There is a contact phone number for my country but does not work. SO, I AM ASKING YOU WHO TO CONTACT ON A LENOVO SIDE FOR A TECHNICAL SUPPORT. Otherwise, I am satisfied with my new Lenovo computer, but this camera issue really sucks...And even worse, I think Lenovo technical support service is really poor or even there is not one??? Large dissapointment. So, please give me useful contact details for Lenovo support- which are operative. The computer is under warranty and my last solution is to give the computer to the service. But this is an extremely annoying option - I need the computer daily!

I need contact details for a department / person / manager who can assist me in resolving this issue. I purchased my Lenovo laptop from the Lenovo Online Store - 09 Oct 2015 In February 2016I started experiencing an issue with the laptop, where it would shut down and restart. This would happen with no warning or the screen would flicker moments before the laptop restarts.This does not happen every day when I use the laptop however when it does happen, it will keep restarting until I shutdown the laptop and sometimes I would even have to remove the battery.
