Error Status Code 503

Q: Error Status Code 503

Hello and HELP!
I keep getting the above error message. Also, an Apache Tomcat error message 5.0 and 5.2 when I'm browsing.
When I'm in my email, I keep having to log back in, every time I open a message. Am not able to send messages. Keep getting logged out.
Also, when I'm in another secure site involving my work, the same thing happens. I keep having to log in over and over.
If you can help me with this so I don't have to go to a tech and spend $100, I would hugely appreciate it!
Thanks!
Lulabelle

I recommend downloading and running Reimage. It's a computer repair tool that has been proven to identify and fix many Windows problems with a high level of success.

I've used it in the past to identify and fix everything from blue screens (BSOD's), ActiveX errors, corrupt files and processes, dll/exe/sys errors, recover lost memory, Windows update problems, defragging, malware removal etc.

You can download it direct from this link http://downloadreimage.com/download.php. (This link will automatically start a download of Reimage that you can save to your computer.)

Hello all,

I have a problem with Windows Update agent on Windows 7 SP1 enterprise.
We are using Configuration Manager 1606 and Windows 7 SP1 and about 140 computers works without any problem.
On the other 10 computers I got the following error message in the windowsupdate.log:
WARNING: SyncUpdates failure, error = 0x8024400D, soap client error = 7, soap error code = 300, HTTP status code = 200
WARNING: SOAP Fault: 0x00012c
WARNING:     faultstring:Fault occurred
WARNING:     ErrorCode:InvalidParameters(7)

I've tried several actions although none does any help. Here is the list of actions:
- upgrade windows update agent to the latest version
- windows update agent reset by this instructions https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/971058/how-do-i-reset-windows-update-components
- empty Temporary Internet files
- check the rules and blocked traffic on windows firewall and physical firewall between server and workstation vlan
- sfc /scannow

It looks like significant Windows 7 error, although reinstalling is not my option.

Thanks for any help!

Hello,
When I try to boot my computer the Windows Boot Manager screen comes up showing:
"A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source.
...
File: \Windows\system32\winload.exe
Status: 0xc0000428

The next screen shows the option "to specify an advanced option for this choice, press F8"
When I click F8, it brings me back to the first screen and will not let me get into advanced options.

I purchased a windows 7 repair disc and have tried the following...

(1)
1. Insert the Windows 7 DVD and restart your computer
2. Boot from the DVD.
3. Choose your language and click Next.
4. Click Repair Your Computer and then select the operating system you want to repair.
5. System Recovery Options box comes up saying:
"This version of System Recovery Options is not compatible with the version of Windows you are trying to repair. Try using a recovery disc that is compatible with this version of Windows."

(2)

bootrec /fixMBR
bootrec /fixBoot

I am still unable to reboot my laptop properly

hello,
well let's get straight to the point. i had windows xp with a beta version of service pack 2 installed, found out i had the w32 welchia virus and i just couldn't get rid of it, my antivirus (norton) would detect and delete it everytime i disabled my norton internet security.

so, after i did a few scans with a few different removal program (usually they found something and deleted it, sometimes they didn't), but it was still there. so i decided to try the microsoft security update, but since i had SP beta 2 i couldn't install SP1 security update. so i removed sp2. every since then i've been getting this status code error:
c:\windows\system32/lsass.exe caused status code 1073741819
so, i did some searches on the web and found this site:
http://www.jsiinc.com/SUBH/tip3800/rh3891.htm

it says NOTE: You can use Ldp.exe or Adsiedit.exe to change the replInterval value

i guess i have to change that value to get it working properly, but i don't have ldp.exe or adsiedit.exe and don't know where to get them.
so now everytime i reboot i get this error msg and it restarts the pc. sometimes it works though, which is how i'm on now. i left it on overnight and it didn't reboot the whole night... so i thought with the sp1a upgrade i fixed it, but i just got the error about 5 minutes ago.

can anyone help me fix this?
it's really annoying argg...
i hope i don't have to reinstall xp.

im running windows xp pro with sp1a

A:InPageCoFire error status code c0000185

That error is caused by a system file being damaged in some way. You ought to be able to repair the damage by using Windows built-in System File Checker utility:Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, type cmd . When the Instant search results are shown, right-click the cmd.exe entry and choose Run as administrator.. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow. At the command prompt (a black box with white text,) type the following command, and then press ENTER: sfc /scannowWait for the SFC utility to complete, this may take some time and you may be prompted for your Windows CD or DVD.This will, with any luck, find and fix the broken file.

I do OS image deployments for customers on multiple platforms and multiple languages on multiple OS's. I'm now begining my deployment for Windows 7 and have hit a major stumbling block. The above error happens at the end of my installation when running 'bcdboot.exe d:\windows'As far as the install goes it is a self generating HDD install system. 1. Four partitions are created #1 is the 200mb System, #2 is the OS partition, #3 is the WinPE boot partition for the image build set as active, #4 is the imaging files location.2. Upon boot of the image install the system sets partition letters for installing using diskpart.exe.3. An interview using an HTA file starts up asking Name, Language, Timezone, and location.4. Using an WMI call to the baseboard I get the SYSID so that the right driver set can be applied.5. Once the user selects Ok in the HTA interview screen the imaging is all automated. 6. The very last thing that I do before rebooting is call bcdboot s:\Windows (because is the actual driver letter at the time of the windows install, I've also tired using 'D' but it doesn't work either) then I remove the extra partitions and set the #1 partition as active then reboot. This system works fine under my windows XP install and the only real difference is the 200MB system partition. I've tried varying the sequence but it doesn't seem to matter. Any ideas? Thanks for the help,Randall Dale

A:BFSVC:BcdOpenSystemStore failed with unexpected error code, Status = [c0000098]

I do bcdboot after the image is applied. Me thinks your bcdboot is failing because wrong partition is active at the time of bcdboot. My workflow is:1. Wipe the disk2. Create 200 MB partition. Assign letter. Active. Format3. Create partition ocupying the rest of the disk (or smaller). Assign letter. Format4. ImageX. Source is network share. Destination is partition 2 (D:)5. bcdboot d:\windows6. Reboot. It works for me.

Are these Windows 7 pre-installed multiplayer internet games no longer being serviced by Microsoft? Internet multiplayer game servers have been in a state of unresolved network error since May 1, 2017.
Consumers of MS Windows 7 are familiar with Error Code 80041004 which means a "network error" communicating with the game server is occurring and nothing is wrong with their Windows product. Network errors are only resolved by Microsoft game server
IT Technicians. This post requires a response from a high-level MS Tech who is "in-the-know" on the status of the maintenance of MS game servers.

Hi there, for a few days now I've had the Windows 7 Update shield next to my Shut Down button no matter how many times it is "installed". Looking in the Update History, I found the title of this post and pasted it. It has failed multiple attempts
to install. I  have tried the Windows update troubleshooter and that didn't work so I then tried to open CMD and type the command Ren
%systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.bak (as instructed by https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/10164/fix-windows-update-errors) but then was  hit with "Access Denied" in the CMD.

I think it is also having an effect on my internet as it has been terribly slow when trying to use my PC for online gaming.

My specs:
Windows 7 x64
Nvidia Asus Geforce 970 OC
Intel i7 860 2.8 ghz

I would be grateful for any help. Thank you.

I constantly have system shutdowns from c:/windows/system32/services.exe with the message "status code 128". The system restarts afterwards.

I scanned with updated AdAware SE Personal, AVG7.5, Free Registry Fix unlimited, and with Spybot S&D which would not update (bad checksum).
I also scanned with Trend House (web scan, which took over 3 hours and wouldn't complete), cwshredder (against cool web search), FxSasser (against sasser worm) and FixBlast (against blast worms).

Nothing seems to be of any help.

I lately fixed my pc and found out that, what i thought to be a pentium 4 IBM pc with legit Windows XP, is really a big hoax. the Windows isn't legit and the pc was a pentium 4 with a pentium 3 processor, almost no IBM equipment, and the 512MB RAM was a combination of a 400 DDR and a 266 DD. The 266 was removed, and now my RAM memory is only 256 MB. I suspect the shutdowns are either caused by the lack of RAM or because one of the two:
* I lately installed 3 softwares - AVG 7.5 and 2 games, that my friends also installed with no problems.
* I heard that Microsoft scans the pc for updates, and if the software isn't legal, they install some kind of malware that can make the system shut down.

Ofcourse, I'm not an expert, and I would really appreciate any help.

Having Googled the above Status Code, i have come to the conclusion that i have a worm.

My problem lies in the fact i cannot boot in normal mode (i get as far as Windows is starting) or safe mode (I get as far as choosing user) before the "Auto Shutdown" occurs therefore cannot use the Start/Run "Shutdown -a" command and then run the neccessary anti virus programs to remove said worm.

Any advice on how i can arrive at the desktop before the "Auto Shutdown" occurs.

I know the above data is quite limited, but i am a novice when it comes to these things and cannot provide any logs as i can't even get to my desktop to pull any data off.

Finger crossed you can help.

Best wishes

I am new to this forum. I've seen similar problems posted, but the slight variations of problem and different solutions proposed make me feel like I should create this as a new post.

Below is the error that I receive. The countdown begins and when it reaches 0 the system freezes and my only option is a hard shutdown. Start up sometimes works but most of the time (always when using restart) the problem reoccurs.

I've tried installing and running Forefront (couldn't install completely), Avast (Didn't install), Spyware Doctor (didn't solve problem), Prevx (didn't solve problem), and I am out of options.

Help?

As of the past three days i've been constantly getting a system shutdown message, regarding services.exe crashing and the status code is 204. I haven't done anything out of the ordinary in regards of downloading or installing, nor tampering with my computer. This is completely out of nowhere, and no matter what I do, this keeps happening, even in safe mode. My service pack is up to date as of yesterday, with no such help.

Here's the log:

Hi

I've tried googling the problem but have yet to come up with a solution.
The problem:
Booting up is fine, however, after a couple of minutes (this varies from 2 to 10 minutes) I receive the error message,
The system process 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\services.exe' terminated unexpectedly with status code (number). The sytem will now shut down and restart.
This (number) changes and I've noted it to be -1073741819, 203 or 204 most of the time.
When this message comes up, I'm able to cancel it via 'shutdown -a' but after that I have trouble running programs, everything hangs etc.
It's frustrating because I can't seem to figure out how this is triggered, it appears to be random.
It's not from running a particular application. I suppose it could be time based.
Can u guys help me with this please, I can't face another clean install :-(

Hello all!
I'm running Windows XP Professional on my eee901 laptop and randomly within a couple hours I'll always get a:

"C:\Windows\System32\services.exe terminated unexpectedly with status code -1073741819"

This text is within a shutdown timer that gives me a minute before it restarts. After aborting the shutdown (through "shutdown -a") my computer is still operational, however there are a lot of things I cannot do (such as run an ipconfig or a netstat, or view my event viewer). If I let the machine restart and note the exact time the shutdown popup happened, the event viewer shows nothing happening during such time.

The main problem with this issue is I cannot replicate it, so I never can test if it is fixed, and I only find out that it is not fixed by leaving the machine on for quite some time, then noticing it restarted on its own. I've run various freeware scans and cleanup utilities such as AVG, Ad-Aware, CCleaner, and have googled this exact error code extensively. From one page I found, a solution involved HP software, but I have nothing HP-related on this machine.

A HijackThis log is attached, note that the log was taken before the eee901 laptop aborted the shutdown. I'll try to take another snapshot after executing a shutdown -a next time the error occurs.

Hello all, thank you for any help in advanced.

The computer I'm running has Windows XP Professional 32 bit running. I do know there are 2 250gig hard drives in the computer but I don't think they had a raid setup. Motherboard is nVidia n force 4 7900 GTX SLI Intel and the processor is an Intel Pentium® D LGA775 socket type. I'm unsure about the video cards but I believe they are some type of nVidia.

The first point at which I noticed something was wrong was after a long day of working I go to turn off my computer using the start menu and, I get what seems to be a windows popup stating the computer will restart in 60 seconds and a code which goes like this:

C:\system32\services.exe terminated unexpectedly with a status code of 1073741571

I thought it was weird but dismissed it as nothing since it was the end of the day and I wanted to go home. I figured it would have been a one time thing. So now it seems it happens every time I turn off the computer. The computer eventually restarts "Since this error the restart process takes about 20 min until I can use it again." So I havne't been able to turn it off without holding the power button down for 5 or so seconds. I got frustrated and since everything on the computer wasn't important I decided to reinstall Windows XP Professional 32 bit. I have a copy of windows 7 64 bit upgrade version which I was going to use since I was going through the process anyway (I havn't got... Read more

One thing I left out, I didn't have this information at the time of my original post. But, the services.exe error - The message came from NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM. There may or may not have been a space between NT and AUTHORITY, I can't tell from the way I wrote it down. I started having this problem a couple of days ago, and haven't been able to run my computer in normal mode since then. I've tried system restore and ran Malwarebytes anti-malware, it found a few things but when it prompted me to reboot I got the NT Authority error message again. (I also can't update Hijack This because it won't let me reinstall it in safe mode...) Before this happened I was having problems with massive computer slowdown, random clicks in the background, and the occasional IE popup even though my primary browser is firefox. I tried posting on another forum but they take over a week to respond at times, and my job sort of depends on my getting my computer working as soon as possible. :/ Any assistance would be much appreciated.

I was trying to find out the meaning of the messages that appear on the lower left of the Internet Explorer 8 windows (in the status bar). I was visiting a site (pcguide.com) and I got a weird icon in that spot. I am worried I might have picked up a nasty bug from that site, because I had a hard time closing it (windows kept popping up).

You mean the shield looking icon? For me it was telling me IE blocked a popup, it correlated with the information bar sliding down at the top.
