I recommend downloading and running Reimage. It's a computer repair tool that has been proven to identify and fix many Windows problems with a high level of success.

I've used it in the past to identify and fix everything from blue screens (BSOD's), ActiveX errors, corrupt files and processes, dll/exe/sys errors, recover lost memory, Windows update problems, defragging, malware removal etc.

You can download it direct from this link http://downloadreimage.com/download.php. (This link will automatically start a download of Reimage that you can save to your computer.)

A:Thinkcentre M715q Tiny 2nd gen: Ryzen 5 PRO 2400ge compatible memory RAM

Check the speed your existing memory is running at (MemTest86), according the spec, it runs at 2666 for the higher spec processors, (2400 for the lower spec.)

Your system has a M.2 PCIe NVMe slot, and could accommodate a 970 Evo SSD card, which would be several times faster than a 2.5" 860 Evo drive (which is compatible, the system also has one 2.5" drive bay.)

Hi,I bought a M715q because I need to set up two screens as a "spanned" Dsiplay with AMD Eyefinity. This means, two 1024x768 screens create one 2048x768 screen. Dont confuse this with an extended display which can be done with windows. Windows only sees one big screen even though two screens are attached. This is called eyefinity by AMD and this is the reason I bought the M715q...So far I attached both screens with DP to VGA adapters. Both work fine and I even can set up an extended display. I use the drivers supplied by Lenovo: Radeon Graphics driver version is 17.12. Lenovo unfortuately only installs the driver but not the Software to access the AMD settings. But to use the eyefinity function, I need to use some AMD software. I installed the latest driver from their site (version 19.6) which results in a black screen. I also tried the recommended 19.5 version, which also results in a black screen: The computer starts up fine, I also get the circling dots, but as soon as Windows wants to display something the screen looses the signal and turns of.I doesnt matter wether I use one or two screens or which DP port I use.I also tried to leave the driver at 17.12 and only install the AMD settings software from a newer driver, this was not possible. How can I set up Eyefinity?

Bought 2 x M715q 2nd Gen Ryzen 2400GE based 10VG001DGE PC's.Windows 10 17763.195 (1809).Installed are the latest AMD video drivers from www.amd.com.No BIOS/drivers updates are available by Lenovo Bridge. Both PC's have the same video problem: Firefox / Edge with enabled hardware acceleration starts with just white window.Sometimes screen goes black (in Teamviewer mouse cursor is shown), but pressing the area, where where icons are, you actually run applications - so it is a video output problem. After some time it starts to show the screen and applications are started. But for example starting UAC dialog brings it again to black...What can I do?

Hello All, OK, so i have a very strange issue.  A customer has 16 M715q units (AMD A12's with Realtek NIC card & 128GB SSD) configured in a retail environment.   The customer had complained that occasionally things would be slow on various machines, but i was unable to predicably reproduce the issue with their POS software.  Today, I noticed during some work that my local RDP connection to one of our local servers was showing a "poor" connection and windows were dragging quite slowly.  This was quite strange as the systems are all connected 1Gbps to a Cisco switch and then 10Gbps via fibre backbone to our Cisco switch in the server rack which is then 10Gbps copper directly to the servers. I started to do some testing of file copys/transfers to our servers and noticed my sustained speed was anywhere between 8 - 35 MB/s (megabytes per second) which i considered inadequate considering our backbone speed.  I tried updating drivers, OS, firmware and was unable to get any better.  I thought there may have been a wiring or a switch issue, so i tested a different M710 unit (i5 with Intel NIC Card & 256 GB SSD this time) on a different network port/switch and was able to get 90 - 120 MB (megabytes) per second transfer speed.  I then moved it and saw 90 - 120 MB to our servers on the exact same network port as the first system.  At first i thought something was wrong as it went too fast, but different files c... Device: M715QBios Version: M11Kt39ABios Release: 09/18/2017 Hi everyone. Today I've received a new ThinkCentre M715q device to test. When I turn it on it started making a really disruptive noise with its fan. After entering the BIOS I've found the system ICE (Intelligent Cooling Engine), it had enabled by default "Better Acoustic Performance". I tried all the three modes Better Acoustic Performance | Better Thermal Performance | Full Speed and the three of them seems to be the same noise. I've recorded the audio here to have a better understanding of the problem, the noise is really loud and distracting. The first seconds were recorded to have a reference before turning on the device, turned it on and then after a few seconds running I've shutdown it.

Hi,

I just bought the M910X tiny desktop and 2 identical Lenovo ThinkCentre monitors. I installed the desktop into one of the monitors, which works fine. How do I connect the second monitor to the PC? It seems like the DisplayPort showing on the back of the monitor is only for plugging a separate device into the screen, not video out to a second monitor from the PC. Is that right?

Sorry if this is a stupid question!

Thank you

When you say "installed into a monitor", it's a Tiny-in-One monitor?  It would help to know which model.  Pretty sure you would need to connect the 2nd monitor direct to the Tiny itself, is there a way to do that with it installed in the monitor?

Hello All, We have installed about 30+ of these desktops into our CallCenter. Each workstation's Network setup looks like:     Wall Port ---> Cisco IP Phone 7941 ---> m715q Desktop On about 10 or so of these desktops we have been having some networking issues. When we connect these Desktop PCs to the "PC Port" of the Cisco IP Phone, within a few seconds the IP Phone looses all network connectivity and the desktop is never able to get a network connection via an Ethernet connection. I have tried different versions of the NIC firmware with no change. The strange part is, it's only with a handful of these desktops that are seeing this issue. If I go to one of these workstations and I disconnect the Ethernet cable from the m715q the phone instantly regains network connectivity within about 5 seconds. Plugging the cable back into the desktop and the connection again drops. I've also taken other m715q's that don't seem to be having the issue and plug it in at a workstation that was having the issue, it does not appear to happen for that desktop. If I try plugging my T470 laptop into the same Ethernet cable of one of the problem workstatsions, the phone remains connected and my laptop gets a wired connection successfully. Has anyone else seen this issue or know what the issue could be with this? Thanks in Advance,Matt

Hi, I have a Tiny M715q (Win 10 vers. 1709) that has trouble waking from sleep ever since firmware M11KT41A was successfully installed on Feb. 19th. If I move the mouse or press the keyboard - it does not wake as before.  If I press the power button (once), the Windows 10 login screen briefly appears, then the screen goes black and the monitor displays "No Signal".  The only way to resolve this is to press & hold power button to power off Tiny, then restart Anyone else experiencing this? Thanks!Al

I want to purchase a ThinkCentre M720q Tiny model 10T7 together with a Tiny-In-One 22 (or 24) Gen3 monitor model 10R1 or 10QY.
But when I look into the User's Guide of the TIO22Gen3 or TIO24Gen3 I don't see the M720 listed on the page of the supported Tinys that can be installed in the monitor.
The ports on the rear of the M720q should indicate that it is compatible and should fit into a TIO22Gen3 (or TIO24Gen3).
But I am not sure.
Even the PSREF doesn't list the M720 in the Tiny-In-One compatibility list. I have looked into PSREF Version 534 from December 2018.

Can somebody confirm the compatibiity of a M720q and the TIO Gen3 monitors?

Thanks.

I have the M92p Tiny and would like to get my temps down. My idle temps hang around 50c and just some average tasks bring that up to 80c quickly.First, what is the weird socket this has? The LGA1150 cooler I have doesn't fit this one - the screw holes are in different spots. Are there any available aftermarket CPU cooler options out there for the M92p? I don't mind keeping the case open with a huge cooler. I see the M93p has a proper heatsink, anyone knows how cross compatible these machines are? Hi, Does the ThinkCentre M720 Tiny support three independent displays with all digital connections? My research is indicating yes, but I'm not 100% sure. If it does, do I need an additional port, or can it be done with the standard 1xHDMI and 1xDP ports and appropriate adapters/splitters? I currently have 3 BenQ monitors, all same model with HDMI and DVI-D interfaces (no DisplayPort) and 1920x1080 resolution. As a result, I'm guessing I'll need some adapters and possibly the DP to dual DP adapter? The reason behind the question is that I'm currently weighing up whether to go for SFF or Tiny form factor, and support for 3 independent digitial displays is one of my requirements. My current machine is a ThinkCentre tower with a GT730 card, but it would be nice go "go tiny" if I can with the replacement. The model I had in mind is the 10T7004B++, but feel free to recommend a different model if necessary. Any advice greatly appreciated. Many thanks

Hi we use with great pleasure the Lenovo m93p as server in a our environment. It will not turn on at all.  We took off the CMOS battery to see if it would reset the BIOS settings: Nothing ! The the PC will not turn on... Also no Lenovo screen , nothing  We must also say that we increased the video memory to 1024 MB AND set up the start time. These settings were saved since then the PC would not turn on.... Would appreciate anything that could help in having the pC turn on or resetting the BIOS to default ... Thanks in advance We need to perform somthing alittle more complex .. A:Lenovo Thinkcentre m93p Tiny won't turn on

I had exactly this problem. After replacing the hard drive, the M93p Tiny would not power on when the power button was pressed. No LED came on and the fan did not spin up. I tried all sorts of things but nothing worked. Finally I took out the CMOS battery for a while and then put it back in again. That did the trick and the computer started. Strangely enough, the BIOS was NOT reset, my custom settings and BIOS password were preserved (!). The computer now works normally again... Jiri.
