Q: Need Help Finding APC BACK-UPS User Manual

I found a APC BACK-UPS 500, model #BK500MUS, in the office I'm working at, and naturally the user manual has been lost for it. I checked APC's website and even called up their tech support, who kindly linked me to the user manual page. However, the BK500 they have on their site is not the same as mine. The manual they provided is for the CS version of the BK500, but mine is not the tower version.

I've included some pictures of the model I have in the faint hope that someone here may know where to find the manual, or already has one in their possession and can send me a copy:






If anyone can find a copy of the user manual for this UPS please let me know!

I recommend downloading and running Reimage. It's a computer repair tool that has been proven to identify and fix many Windows problems with a high level of success.

I've used it in the past to identify and fix everything from blue screens (BSOD's), ActiveX errors, corrupt files and processes, dll/exe/sys errors, recover lost memory, Windows update problems, defragging, malware removal etc.

I've been searching google for hours now... does anyone know where i can find a manual for the NET program in windows..

This has all started cause I think my system has been comprimised and ive discovered that my guest account is active ( i had turned it off - via the "NET USER GUEST OFF" command) but its now active again, I've tried to turn it off again, but it says command completed succesfully but Its still active.. was wondering if anyone knew of a location for a manual (pref. a pdf) so i can print it out and go though it..

I've looked at my event log and there is a lot of stuff that i dont think should be there... like event id 529, 4226 and 20169 (each with multiple instances)



any help??

Hey, I just bought a motherboard off eBay, it says MS-6553 ver. 1 on it, and it uses the nForce chipset (not nForce2). I looked on MSI's site, and I searched Google for it, but the only useful thing I could find was some memory recommendations from nVidia. here's the eBay link, with some pictures. Any other info on the board would be greatly appreciated...

Also, does anyone know what that black thing under the PCI slots is?

Hello,

I am having some trouble putting the power sw, reset, LEDs etc in the correct pins. I have heard that the best way to get the correct order is to read the motherboard manual. The problem is that I bought the computer on the cheap without a manual so I am trying to find it online, sadly without success. If someone could help me I would greatly appreciate it.

Look it's me again, the 10-post 4-month dissapearing wonder

A friend of mine shipped me a motherboard and CPU to replace my current server (which is at a supremely fast speed of 233mhz with 128mb of 60ns EDO ram, pa-2005 mobo). He didn't have a manual or any info on it, and since I plan to tweak and overclock I really need a manual/jumper settings map.

I've looked all over and I've found many references any even benchmarks, and some guy in denmark offering to sell the manual for $16 (haha yeah right).

Anyone know where a comprehensive manual database is, or can help me find the manual to this one? I don't know the exact type, the BIOS reading is:

xx/xx/xxxx 577+ ITE8661

BIOS date is 07/15/1998, AWARD BIOS.

The board supports both AT and ATX power supplies, has 3 SDRAM 168pin slots, 3 PCI slots, 2 ISA slots, 1 AGP slot, onboard sound card, 2 USB ports, an AT keyboard port, PS/2 mouse port, PS/2 infrared port, socket 7.

It has an AMD k6-2/333mhz in it that is currently running at 300mhz, and 320mb RAM.

According to this page ( http://computertech.server101.com/xpro.htm), that board is using an a Via MVP3 chipset. With that much info, it's gonna be hard to find the brand though.

I changed my IPv4 DNS "obtain automatically" to manual a few weeks ago. Since then, I have tried to change it back to obtain manually. However, it keeps on changing back to manual, preventing me from connecting to the internet until i change it to obtain automatically.

Is there any way to keep the setting permanently on automatic?

I can't seem to find the user manual for the above model online.  The Acer Website gives the user manual for the Acer 11, but there are differences between that model and the R11, such as the power button, android app usuabilty etc.

  Hi, first time posting on this board. I bought a used HP Elitebook 6930P and I like it so far, but I would like to find a link to a downloadable user guide/user manual that covers everything (i.e. - Setting up and using the fingerprint reader; using the Touchpoint thing between the g and h buttons on the keyboard, etc. and other items too numerous to mention). I have gone to the support area  and downloaded the user manula for my new E5-574G. hower the only user manual that is available for a download is an addendum to the user manual for WIndows 10. it states that it is to be used with the user manual for the laptop. Where can i find a the original user manual ie one the gives ALL the information and specifications about my laptop?

Hi guys
I'm not sure I've posted in the right area. I have recently purchased a factory reconditioned Acer Aspire Z5761 all in one computer.
It did not come with any hard copy user manual, I rang the Acer people and they told me the manual was installed on the hard drive but the only thing I can find is a generic Acer manual that says nothing specific about any model computer, I dont want to know how to clean my computer, I want to know how to access and use specific options that this computer has, ie TV tuner ect.
I have searched online at all the Acer sites but under this model they only list the generic manual. I find it hard to believe that there isnt a model specific manual that would give me a better understanding of what this computer has to offer and how to set up and use these features.
I have seen people on some forums reference their user manual for this model so I am confident there is one available.
I am hoping someone here has this exact model or knows someone with one that can email me a copy

I assume it runs Windows, right? There's no manual for Windows. It's just a generic computer with all the parts smushed into the monitor case. It probably has Windows Media Center installed. Also part of Windows.

I have a refurbished i7 T510 coming Monday 16th dec and I wanted to download the user manual .pdf so that I can be up to speed when the laptop arrives.This is proving tricky as I seem to get waylaid by requests for serial number I don't yet have! I have managed to find a 200+ .pdf service manual but that is not what I need. My main computer interest is music recording and I have downloaded scores of user manuals for gear I cannot afford. I'm not stuck on AbiWord. I just want a lightweight word processing app that looks

don't need most of the features included with this huge app.

User's Manual for ThinkPads is a program called Access Help, it's an online user's guide. In order to install that application, you need a computer running Windows Vista, 7, or XP. I'm not sure whether it will install on computers, that are not ThinkPads. I finally found out why my wireless keyboard didn't work as I mentioned in another thread several months back.
Evidently the USB wifi thingy was in a USB port that didn't work. When I was going thru this thread http://www.techspot.com/community/topics/unknown-device.202706/
I removed it thinking it might be the unknown device.
Anyhow, I've been trying to find the manual for my wireless KB & can't find it.

I have a e-system 1201 netbook, with 1gb ram currently installed. I bought another 1gb off ebay and wanted to check out the manual before putting it in. However seeing as this thing has had about 3 owners before me...I've never had manual.

Hi,So when I ordered my ThinkPad T510 it didn't came with all those documentation etc or user manuals as other companies send.I am looking for the user manual, detailed spec, user gudies etc for my Laptop. There are so many features in my laptop which I don't even know. All these ports, sim place, touch this, touch that! cards etc.
