I recommend downloading and running Reimage. It's a computer repair tool that has been proven to identify and fix many Windows problems with a high level of success.

I've used it in the past to identify and fix everything from blue screens (BSOD's), ActiveX errors, corrupt files and processes, dll/exe/sys errors, recover lost memory, Windows update problems, defragging, malware removal etc.

You can download it direct from this link http://downloadreimage.com/download.php. (This link will automatically start a download of Reimage that you can save to your computer.)

Hi guys, I have windows 10 1709 updated from W7. the product is exactly 10B8003TIX.if I go to start and click on shutdown it shuts down, the power led turns off but after few second it reboots normally exactly as if I pressed the poeer button. The difference between this and a reboot is the power led, in a proper reboot from Start button the poer led stays turned on.I performed all windows updates and all lenonovo system updates. my Bios version is FFKT28AUS and on the product page I found the FFKT46A version, I tried to flash it through cdrom and from the operating system but no changes... i could try the USB drive flashing but there are no instructions and I don't know how.I also tried to perfom a clean boot and also to restore default settings in bios but nothing changed.I am lost....could you help?RegardsFranco

When I bought my wife a new Lenovo ThinkCentre M700 (Windows 7 Pro downlevel)  a year ago, I also ordered a Unicomp USB keyboard to replace her IBM Model M PS/2 keyboard, and a Planar monitor to replace her IBM T56A pivoting monitor. Everything arrived and worked great. A couple of weeks ago she decided she wanted to use her old Model M PS/2 keyboard, as it fitted her small hands better. Since the M700 has PS/2 ports for both a keyboard and mouse, I plugged in the PS/2 keyboard, but it wouldn't type. I searched the web and one suggestion was to unplug the keyboard and shutdown the PC, plug in the PS2 keyboard and boot. I tried that and still didn't work. I was at my wits end. I search Lenovo for possible PS/2 updates, but found nothing. I was ready to tell her it wouldn't work, when I decided when all else fails, restart the PC. After the restart, the PS/2 keyboard worked. The problem is if she powers off her M700, and reboots later, she has to then restart the M700 to get the keyboard to work. I tried buying a PS/2 to USB conntector, but when I plug it in, I eitgher get eror messages about a bad USB port, or it may say devive driver not found, device ready to use. But the keyboard never works in USB mode. Has anyone else seen a problem like this? You would think a PC with a PS/2 port for a PS/2 keyboard would support a PS/2 keyboard. I am open to all suggestions, except for using the new USB keyboard. She would rather live with the occasion... Read more

Hi,  I can't get the touchscreen working on my new E93z ThinkCentre All-in-one? I followed a link on another thread that said to check the drivers are up to date but I can't get that working either as the piece of software it asks me to install to create something called a "bridge" says there are files missing on my machine so it won't install?? My warranty is also apparently expired in 2015 despite me only receiving the machine yesterday but when I try to fill in the form it wants and invoice or purchase order for my machine but I bought it off Amazon so I don't have these?! Help!!

Hi,  We are trying to connect an additional screen to an E93z All in One PC but the additional screen is not detected by the Windows or Intel Display settings.  The additional screen is connected by Display Port to the HDMI on the back of the AIO. We have tested to make sure the screen works on another PC not the same model and the screen works. I have tried both HDMI ports as there is an in and out on this model.  The All in One is running Windows 10 Professional.  ThanksMatt

Hi all, We are a school and recently have bought 34 of the above Thinkcentres for an IT suite. Unfortuantely 7 now are displaying the above issues. To recap: The screen is blank, but if you screen change mode it says on the screen it is in PC mode (so screen works)The mouse and keyboard are dead and yes they are plugged in!The green power light (bottom right hand side)  is constant green even if you reboot (5 second finger) it still is constant green when it come back, never orange and the machine does no start. Fan is operating. There is power to the machine that IS on. I have swapped out the power cables and mice, put the "faulty" mice onto another machine and they have all worked, but not when you place then on these 7 machines. If any of you techies could figure this out that would be great, it would be a shame if we had to warranty return 7 Lenovo machines due to being faulty..   Thanks all Andy

We have several relatively new, unused Lenovo ThinkCentre MT-M 7373-AMU workstations that were recently donated to our senior center's home computer training center. The workstations have Windows Vista SP1 installed and are working fine under Vista. However, we are using the workstations to teach senior citizens how to operate home computers and need to install XP along with Vista in dualboot mode. Basically, these workstations will not accept Windows XP clean installs even on a dedicated hard drive. Attempts to perform a clean install of XP results in screen announcements that there are "compatibility issues" which probably have to do with the hardware configuration and/or the BIOS. Thanks.

Can someone please help me out and tell me where to find the driver I need to make my sound work? Thank you so much!

I got a refurb M92P with (according to the specs) an 80 watt PS (?). To upgrade I thought I'd at least try the Lenovo 240 watt (since the footprint is identical). Anyway, got it, hooked up the 24 to 14 pin adapter cable, and plugged it in. The unit wouldn't boot, kept turning on/off every couple seconds, so I shut it down and replaced the original PS. Anyone heard of that happening? It seems odd that I read of other people hooking up 3rd party PSs with the adapter cable with no problem, yet a Lenovo  made PS does this? Also, I'd hate to buy a 3rd party PS and experience the same thing. At least with the Lenovo PS the vendor accepts returns. Any insights appreciated.

Dear colleaguesI have obtained one of these tower systems and proceeded to open it up and the first thing I did was to remove the 160gb SATA hard drive .Foolishly I then took out the caddy (or, as I think it is called the Chassis) in which the hard drive was contained. The problem is that I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the chassis back in place. The fan that is over the processer just seems to get in the way. It came out but it won't go back. I wonder if anyone can advise what is the procedure to get it in. Do I have to remove the fan first, or do I have to remove the PSU.I know this is a simple problem but I an not an expert if anyone can advise I will be gratefulThanks, Ian

Hello everybody, this is my first post, and it's a really critical issue that's pissing me off for quite a long time.I've bought ten ThinkCentre M700 Desktop PC's for normal usage, not really overextending the system's capabilities.I am using the two DP entries to connect two monitors to it, with VGA-DP adapters. The problem is that in one of the devices, the second monitor blinks at every time, and in another one, when the user stands up and leaves its chair, the monitors start blinking and they remain like this for about 10-15 minutes.I've got problems in general which I've resolved using brute force (changing adapters 20 times until it works) but this problems are consistent and won't solve at any cost. Could anybody help me? Thank you!

Hi I bought the Tiny M715q like 2 months ago and from the first day it was clear the built in fan was weak, not efficient and very noisy at minimum load. just yesterday it started turning at more than maximum speed for no reason as I was using it with minimum load and all the time. I did all updates and BIOS updates but the fan continues making extreme high pitched noise after many reboot, it's like an airplane, it's Unusable. I can't use the machine on my desktop, I thought I could trust this model but I am not satisfied with it. I want refund or replacement with a more reliable model with a better and silent fan, I should have bought the bigger model which is maybe more reliable, I can pay a bit more if necessary, the machine is like new with all the packaging, only in last resort I want reparation as I cannot trust this model anymore.

Purchased this Lenovo ThinkCentre new in 2014. Warranty expired 12/1/2016, just received a hardware error concerning storage devices. I do not have any storage device because I purchased an external hard drive in the past but couldn't figure out how to operate it to back up files and ended up returning it. Am requesting advice on purchasing and using a simple storage device in hopes that this "might" fix the hardware error(?) Both Avira and Malwarebytes discovered malware which were deleted. The PC worked fine for a few shutdowns then the problem resurfaced.

The files as requesed are attached except the GMER one. I left the GMER scan to finish overnight but this morning I found the pc had rebooted and a warning "the system has recovered from a serious error" displayed. A log file of this error is saved somewhere on my pc ?

Your kind help will be appreciated.
