Yoga 920 13 inch - first boot exception and second boot freeze

Q: Yoga 920 13 inch - first boot exception and second boot freeze

The very first boot of my Yoga 920 13 glass gave me an application exception during initial configuration. See below. I guess I don't need to highlight the irony of the background. Anyone know what causes this? Just poor testing? When I tried to boot my laptop up the next day, it acted even more strange. When I logged into the main Windows screen (either via PIN or scan fingerprint), I got a black screen with a cursor...nothing else. I waited up to 20 minutes, then tried multiple times to power on and off and the same cycle kept happening. The login went nowhere. I finally held down the power button until the machine fully turned off and then it worked fine when I restarted. Anyone else having these odd things happen? It's a really poor first time experience.

I recommend downloading and running Reimage. It's a computer repair tool that has been proven to identify and fix many Windows problems with a high level of success.

I've used it in the past to identify and fix everything from blue screens (BSOD's), ActiveX errors, corrupt files and processes, dll/exe/sys errors, recover lost memory, Windows update problems, defragging, malware removal etc.

You can download it direct from this link http://downloadreimage.com/download.php. (This link will automatically start a download of Reimage that you can save to your computer.)

1. Can't find boot device at startup, about 1/3rd of the time. I have gone into BIOS and changed to Legacy as is often suggested online, but it doesn't change anything. It seems to be happening more often. 2. Random inexplicable crashes, forcing restart. Maybe once a day. 3. Now I'm getting this "System Error: Exception Processing Message 0xc00000006 Parameters ...(etc, lots of numbers) I just reset it to factory settings (although keeping data), and #1 and #3 are already showing up. Help would be greatly appreciated! *also, the modem only seems to work sporadically.

Hey,I really need some help with the following issue: Details:HW: Y520 with 16GB RAM, GTX 1060, SSD (GPT) + HDD (MBR)SW: Win10 pro - including latest updates. On GPT based SSD and in UEFI mode.BIOS: latest one is loaded Problem:In short; The FIRST boot each day is unsuccessful, but the SECOND right after the failed attempt is always successful. More details:This also happens, if I switch the notebook on after not using it for a few hours, like 3h<So during the first attempt the notebook is just freezing and and I have to press and hold power button. The last thing I can see is the lenovo logo and the stopped spinning circle animation. Notebook doesnt react to ctrl+alt+del. The strange thing is that right after these 1st attempts the 2nd boot attempts are always successful, windows10 loads in and no problem after that. What I already checked:-Windows event viewer: There are no records from the failed boot, I guess because windows is not even loaded.-Drivers: All drivers are installed-BIOS: I didnt see any related setting. The OS was installed in UEFI mode and bios is set this way (UEFI)-I run all the quick and deep hw diagnostics test on lenovo support page - No issues.-Win10 reinstall: Even after a clean install the freezes are still happening. Installed win10 twice but no change, still freezing. What causes the freezes!?If needed I can make a video as well. Thanks in advance!

Before I toss this mistake back in the box and bring it back to Staples, I figured why not play along. Most manufacturers are hiring abysmal, unqualified system engineers these days, so I may as well endure this nonsense with Lenovo since it's bound to happen in one form or another with the rest. I bought this for my daughter. You ship these things with 10 Home, loaded with all your Lenonsense, and right out of the box I wanted to wipe it out and install Win 7 Pro. So like any normal person with an IT background, I plugged in a flash drive with Windows 7 Pro on it, and hoped it would boot right to it. Of course it didn't, because "secure boot" was enabled. I then got into the bios and disabled that, with no success. Then I found your "reset" function in the bios which disables secure boot, and something else I forget what, that isn't an option in the bios to disable manually. So I did that, and it's still not recognizing the USB stick. Then I made another stick, following this nonsense. https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht078684The fact that someone at Lenovo thinks a 12 step COMMAND LINE process is reasonable to simply boot from a flash drive is amazing all by itself. I felt like Matthew Broderick in Wargames. Thanks for ride down Retro Lane courtesy of your system designer's incompetence. Of course that didn't work either, because you folks hire nothing but the best and brightest from countries that consider dogs lunch. How a company can tu... Hi, I am starting a new post on this subject because the "solution" posted in prior years (2014-16) does not work for my computer. The solution recommended switching the boot mode from "UEFI" to "legacy support"On my device this requires switching the "sata controller mode" to "AHCI" from "Intel RST Prem" -- my computer will not start in this mode. I've performed every system and bios update i could find.  Can anyone help? Many thanks,Suzanne

Hi phelly ,
Welcome to the Community Forums.
The IT guys may have also checked the BIOS if the SSD is being detected.
Usually reseating the M.2 SSD (page 36) from its location and placing it back assuring that contacts are ok can help as well as loading the BIOS defaults then restart.
If you would be having the same issue , I would suggest to call in technical support or have a representative in UK start a repair ticket for you and get their recommendation.

This has been driving me crazy. Recently I want to install Ubuntu to my YOGA computer. My BIOS version is 5NCN39WW. I made my bootable USB as the following setting. My USB is FAT-32 formatted. However, when I enter the BIOS, I found nothing in the boot sequence but the Samsung one. I was very confused. I already plug in my USB but why it did not showed up. I searched online and found some guys solving this problem by modifying OS Optimized Default or disable security boot. I have tried disable security boot, nothing happen. Also, I did not find any "OS Optimized Default" option. I don't know what to do now. I try to enter legacy boot mode to solve this problem, but this BIOS don't provide me a way to do legacy, which is pretty unbelievable if this is true. I will really appreciate it if you give me some advice. Thank you very much.

I think you need to set AHCI instead of intel rst premium to get legacy booting to work.

I have a Yoga 2 pro.
I recently formatted my drive and got rid of all partitions. The reinstalled windows 8.
Everything worked fine until I went to the bios and changed it from legacy support to uefi boot.
I now get this pop up when i boot up.

I have no reccovery media.

If I press enter I then go from the pop up to the boot manager where the list is empty so i cannot boot any other drives since there are non to select.

I received a new Yoga 720 laptop for Christmas 2017, and it's been malfunction on and off for the past few months. Lately, about 3/5 times I turn on my laptop, I get a blue box with a "default boot device missing or boot failed" message. When I hit enter, the boot manager screen pops up, but the boot option menu is completely empty. If I press escape, it goes to a black screen with the message "no boot device -- please restart system". I've tried following every troubleshooting guide or tutorial I can find, but they all either include steps that I can't complete or problems that branch off in a different direction than mine. The biggest thing is that most tutorials say to access the BIOS menu as soon as the Lenovo logo pops up. Unfortunately, I only get the blue screen and can't get anywhere passed what I've described.  I've been able to access the BIOS menu once when I got back into my laptop, but all of the solutions I found gave steps that weren't available options for my laptop. Additionally, I called Lenovo tech support after the first time it happened and did a factory reset, but the problem has continued, and I'd say has even gotten worse. In the past, I've been able to get back into my laptop by plugging in the charger, turning it off, and letting it sit for about 10 minutes. However, this method is working less frequently now.Any help would be greatly appreciated, I need a laptop for college, so this is creating quite a lot of issues for me.

Hi everyone, since two months I have the issue with my boot device. It looks like my laptop suddenly hangs up, afterward, it is shown shortly a screen "It is a problem ;(", my PC restarts and I get the caption "default boot device missing or failed". If I go to BIAS/Boot menu I see my boot device (Samsung....) and boot manager as well there. I already have used the Lenovo Solution Center for hardware scan, but no hardware problem was found. I have also reinstalled my Windows twice. This laptop is still under warranty and I have already sent in Lenovo service center because of this problem, but that brought nothing; I have got it back and after few weeks still have this problem. Do you have some ideas what could I do else?

Hi There,

I started my NT workstation as always this evening and after logging in, my desktop load comes to a halt (icons nor toolbar), and for some reason my system said:

Format A:/
There is no disk in drive "A".
Insert a disk and then try again.

No matter what I did (click OK or actually insert a disk in "A" and click OK) Dr. Watson would come up and let me know I've an application error in Explorer.exe

Access Violation 0xc0000005
Address: 0x77C80641

My systems had been running for 8 years + with no problems and or viruses.

I got out my NT 4.0 CD to try and repair the files (no registry stuff). Did that, but forgot that I upgraded via Service Pac 3 many years ago.

Needless to say the repair didn't take.

Now my system boots without the explorer.exe death, but NT tells me..

"The original 387 could not be located in the dynamic link library COMCTL32.DLL"

And the system hangs (ctl+alt+del brings up the NT selection box offering Task Manager, Help, Shutdown, Restart, etc.).

I'm looking around for my service pac-3 CD (it's here somewhere).

Any ideas, and if I can find my service pac 3 CD, am I going to be able to load it?

I am having a strange BSOD occuring when i reboot from windows 7 32-bit, when this BSOD occurs it happens always after the windows loading logo as finished and then displays the blue screen. I also think it could related to the iReboot program seems to sometimes cause a BSOD when i select the same operating system "windows 7 32-bit" then it restarts, automatically loading the operating system then hits a BSOD after the windows loading logo is finished. not sure.

Here is the minidumps for someone to examine, collected over the times it has happened, some of them might not be related to the issue, but the most recent one there which should be dated by creation "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" and some times "DRIVER_CORRUPTED_EXPOOL"

Just curious to see if what is causing it

Hi folks, wonder if somebody could help me please.

After sorting a boot loop/autochk issue with Macboatmaster earlier this year I have another problem with my machine. After fixing this I left the machine for a while until it found a new home. Recently the machine has had the following hardware added:
- AOC monitor
- Dell keyboard and mouse
- Belkin wireless broadband adapter.

The following additions/changes have been made to the software:

- driver for belkin adapter installed
- Monitor driver installed (i think). Not a particulary easy CD to navigate and im not even sure if it contains a driver or just a manual,.
- AVG 2011 removed with avgremover.exe. I had a corrupt installation that slowed the PC to a crawl.
- Adobe flash player 10 installed, I had repeated requests along the top for allow add-ons etc before this.
- ive ran superantispyware scan and nothing detected.

For a while the machine was running fine. However, yesterday I went to fire it up and one of several things are happening:
- the machine will freeze on the windows xp loading screen. No option but to restart.
- the machine will freeze on a black screen after the BIOS details screen. After a while the cursor at the top left will turn to a message reading 'disk read error, press ctrl, alt, del to restart'
- Occasionally I get to the screen where the options for start windows normally, last known configuration, safe mode etc When I hit enter on any option 9 times out of 10 it will freeze on t... Read more

Usual cause in the ones we see is heat. Be sure you are not blocking air flow... lint, etc.
But also, we see a lot of power adapter plugs that are too loose or pull out slightly from vibration or use.

Hi, My attempt to setup my X1 Yoga (20FQ) laptop to dual boot windows 10 and fedora 24 failed and I am not able to boot on windows anymore  More specifically I installed fedora 24 while already having a windows 10 setup. During the installation the fedora installation manager has configured the partitions for dual boot. The installation was successful but to my surprise the grub 2 entry for the windows 10 didn't work anymore.  I inspected the partitions and found that the windows are untouched. However the ' /EFI/Microsoft/Boot/bootmgfw.efi' file is missing from the boot partition. I think I need to recover it so that I am able to boot again to windows. Do you know how I can recover the file? I noticed that there was no windows 10 installation disk in the X1 packaging. Also what's the right setup for dual booting the two operating systems? Regards, Kostas

Hey all,

Whenever I boot my Windows 7 PC, I usually get to the Windows loading screen and then I get hit with a BSOD. The first one I noticed was a PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA notice. It restarts, then comes up another, it's either the PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA one, or a SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION error. It's only these two. A few facts:

1. This doesn't occur in safe mode.
2. I've had this hardware for a month, the error did not occur with Windows XP
3. Once I actually get INTO Windows 7, which happens occasionally, the computer is fine for hours.
4. At the bottom of each blue screen, I see something happen called a memory dump, or something like that (it goes away pretty fast), with a percentage ticker.

Doing a bit of Googling tells me the fault could be made by faulty RAM, but I don't believe this to be the case as it is working fine in Safe Mode.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as these blue screens are ticking me off something shocking!

Hi guys. Can you please try and help me figure out what went wrong, can it be fixed etc.

The machine is:
Toshiba Satellite M30
Pentium M 1.6GHz 2MB cache
FSB 400MHz
1 GB RAM DDR (2×512) PC4200
Nvidia FX 5200 with 64MB
OS... WinXP Home with all sevice packs applied

I will try and be as detailed as possible in describing the problem.
Laptop is neary close to 5years old, I'm the first owner, paid big bucks for it and it served me fine as my only PC for work and at home. I know its time to get the new one (I'm lurking around for a good deal), but I'd really like to fix this one, if possible.

Here goes:

Physical state of the machine:
had the battery charger replaced with the new original one, optical drive sometimes refuses to work (reports IO error) and sometimes it works fine (had to get me an external slim drive because of that), facing the laptop front, the left hinge holding the cover is a bit loose.

The problem in detail:
I left the laptop running overnight as so many times before. In the morning it worked just fine. I left for work leaving it on, at home. When I got back home from work, I found it still running, the screen was black, and it did not react to mouse move or a keystoke. I had to turn it off holding down the on/off button. When I turned it back on it loaded the bios and then prior to loading OS, prior to displaying Windows boot screen, displayed the following content in a DOSlike environment

Recently upgraded my PC from AMD to Intel, i.e I went from an 8350 to a 4790k. Obviously, the motherboard was changed and the upgrade went very well, no issues at all. (Maximus VII Ranger).

However, about 2 weeks after the upgrade I started having this issue, when I boot from cold I get a BSOD 1/2 times in which the error message is displayed off screen. The text reads as far as 'Search online for System Thread Exception...' and then goes off screen which tells me that once I am into Windows, my resolution is at less than the native 1080p.

Once the PC has restarted itself, it goes through usual boot and works fine. No errors, no crashes. I can proceed to play Battlefield 4 for several hours.

What could cause this? I'm running out of ideas, I've uninstalled my latest beta graphics driver and reinstalled the older stable 14.6 release candidate which had no effect. I have all of the dump files and can upload them upon request if necessary. Using BlueScreen viewer it is evident that each BSOD has been caused by a separate driver, I have had 5 of them so far, one of which lost its minidump.

Hi everyone,

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit) on an Acer Aspire 5332 notebook.

My Propellerhead Reason 4 was working fine but now suddenly every time I try to open it am getting the following message:

The file listed as causing the problem is stdriver64.sys

I assume this is a driver but I have searched online and I cannot find out what type of driver this is or I would have tried to re-install it.

I have also tried re-installing the program various times but I get the same problem. The issue seems to be with the boot up of the program.

I have Mcafee and Vipre working and I have scanned my system but found nothing. I have also cleaner registries using Comodo.

Can anyone help please?

I really need this program to make my music, I am lost without it!

Thanks, would really appreciate any help or tips regarding this problem.

A:System Service Exception Stop Message every time I try to boot/install Reason 4

Three things to do.

1) Update your video card driver from Acer's website for your particular model.

2) Completely uninstall all of your antivirus and firewall solutions including Vipre, Comodo, McAfee and anything else you have installed.

3) If you have another bsod, then please go to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy and paste the files there to any other folder. Rar or zip the files and attach the compressed file to a post using the paperclip.

If your machine runs well and no further bsod, then please install MSE as it is a known well operating antivirus. The others give difficulties. You've had a 0x3b error and this is very involved.

Good luck!

I've been looking around and found a few people who are very displeased with the logo startup/boot logo (example1, example2), but no way to change it as of yet. Is it possible without too much hassle? I know it's not a big deal but the logo is simply terrible in so many ways. If nothing, then at least I'm raising awareness and maybe Lenovo will choose a better graphic designer for our collective startup screens. I mean, seriously? Is that the best you could come up with?

Hello,  I just bought a new 13 inch Yoga 720 this week. When I was setting it up, the fan was so loud it sounded like a jet engine. I assumed that was because it was installing apps and such. However, 3 days later and I still have a really loud fan that is very noticeable even when I'm simply browsing the web. I love everything else about this laptop but if I can't fix this issue then I will return it and go with something else.  Can we expect a BIOS update or something within the next 10 days before my return period is up? Any other fix? I'v already tried turning my max processor execution state in power settings to 99% and that only helped a little but hasn't fixed the issue.  Also, I've checked task manager and nothing is using my CPU. I have already tried replacing the laptop once from best buy and the replacement also has the issue which makes me think it needs a BIOS update or it's a poor design. Thanks

A:Freeze On Boot Up

Has it been freezing since day one, or has it suddenly started to freeze?

Does it always freeze, or does it freeze sometimes and work fine at other times?

What action actually causes the freeze? ie Opening explorer, Browser, particular application etc

It might be worthwhile running a couple of passes memtest to eliminate one possible h'ware issue:

If it shows errors, then the RAM is probably faulty. If it shows no errors, then you start looking elsewhere

On the plus side, at least you got the working PC

Could you please list the details of your power supply?

Also if you could, please enter setup and see if you can see the power options screen and look at the voltages.
Please post the voltages as shown so that we can see if they are correct.

Hi I have a few questions it?s about Booting up and Creating a Boot -able Flash Drive (Sans-disc 16 Gig Fat32)
I had an issue this morning the PC is only 3 month? old a Dell Inspiron 660.
I have noticed a couple of times in the morning?s Maybe when its trying to install Updates ) or MC Vee runs? that it does some funny things. This morning the computer ?Locked up? and I had to ?Re Start it but it would not go past the Black Screed Dell Logo. I pushed all the buttons Windows, F2, F8, F10, for Safe Mode but nothing and I haven't got a Win8 Disc. Win8 was Pre-installed? I have the Product Key but That's another Problem as well.
It took me all day to manage to start the PC and I am not game to turn it off until we can see whats up. I have since Run MWMbs and McVee on Scan? nothing? so I decided to create a ?Boot-able USB flash drive? but the problem is how and where do I download the Windows 8 ISO and do I download Windows 8.1 or just 8?

I found MS win 8 update site and tried to Download the Win 8 64 version I don?t know if it was the ISO but when I went to add my Windows Product Key it said Dasha will log in Auto (see JPEG) Attach for that and when I tried to clear the ?box? and use my product key? it would not accept my Product Key that I entered??

So I need some info about the Lock up and No Boot if I can please?

1 ) Do I update My PC and the The Re-Boot able USB stick with Windows 8.1
or Just 8

2) Where do I find an ISO of win8 to download to save and install using The ... Read more

A:Where and What is an ICO of Win 8 Win Freeze on Re - Boot

I think you mean an ISO (instead of ICO). You can download the Win 8.1 ISO by following this procedure:

Follow the tip at the end of the tutorial for instructions on how to get that ISO onto a USB drive or DVD.

Once done, you will need to do a clean install using a special key for the 8.1 installation. This key works for Windows 8.1 Pro (see post #16):

How to download the Windows 8.1 ISO

Now, after you have successfully done a clean install, you must now use your Windows 8 Pro key to activate the installation as a legitimate upgrade to 8.1 Pro:

Hope all this detail helps you. Good luck.

Currently I am running an ABIT NF7-S motherboard along with an AMD Athlon XP 3200 proccesor.
The system detects the processor as an 1100 and says there is an issue with the bios set up and it may not work but you can press F1 to try anyway. If you do it boots up fine and for the most part runs fine, but randomly you will loose picture on the monitor and the sound card loops the last 2-3 seconds of sound till you power off the box and power back on. If you do so, the time between shutdowns does not get shorter and it can be anywhere between a few hours and a few minutes.

If I go into BIOS and tell the computer to detect the processor properly and restart it makes me power off manually and back on, at which point it detects normally and goes through boot without requiring the press of F1, however after checking the RAID controllers but before passing to the OS, the system hangs. I have a cursor blinking as though its thinking, and that's it. I've not let it run to see if it is just a very slow boot, I'm going to try that tonight, but I wanted to know if anyone knew the nature of the problem and/or how to fix it.

Hello I need some help with my xp home computer.

A week ago I turned on my computer and had it freeze then go to a blue screen involving something about dumping hard drive to a phicsical disk or something and after it restarted it began to give me a blank screen instead of the xp loading screen.. so I restarted it and it gave me the sorry for the inconvenience with the start up options.. I have tryed all of these even all the options in F8 and all freeze except last known good config.. that gives me a blank screen, I dont have a xp disk unfortunately, the strange thing is it worked last night but is back on the blink tonight and i noticed a strange thing above the memory test that reads CPUID 0f27 Patch 0037.. dont know if that means anything, I have not installed any new hardware in the past 6 months.. any one got any ideas?

I just had a quick thought is it possible to use another xp home computers files to fix any possible problems in my one?

Is it possible to get one without paying for it? last time I checked it cost about 100-300 here... oh and cpu temp is bout 51 celsius commonly

A:Xp boot up freeze

you'll need XP CD, and will have to check RAM memory, CPU Temperature. If computer is unstable it might corrupt your system even more while trying to fix it.

First check temperature in the system Bios by hitting DEL key when booting, CPU temp should be between 35 and 55 celsius (though problems may arise over 65 or so, depending on CPU)

check system memory: http://www.memtest86.com/

If memory and temperature are ok, do a repair reinstall with XP installation CD.

Keep in mind this are general guidelines, hope they help.

Good luck

Ok i'll make this simple
1. I start the computer.
2. It does the memory check
3. it freeze right after that
4. keyboard doesn't respond
5. if i push keyboard before or during memory check its calls keyboard error and freeze, always after memory check.
6. I change the hard drive. does nothing after memory check.
7. I change memory (SDRAM). does nothing after memory check.
8. I remove Cmos battery for 24hrs and put in a new battery. didn't change a thing.
9. Cleared CMOS with the pin thing. did nothing for the computer.
10. Can't enter CMOS cause freeze before i get a chance.
11. USB keyboard. see number 5
12. Forget floppy or CD since it freeze before that and you know after memory check usally computers check hard drives, floppy and cd-rom for their name then start booting up in their repected order but mine doesn't even get to that thats y i change cd-rom, hard drive and floppy but nothing change.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix my problem? I just recently reformat my computer and everything was fine until it restarted after the process was finish. When the boot screen is loading it just freeze and I am pretty sure the RAM, hard drive, and cpu are all okay. It is just after i reformat that this error occur. Sorry if this isn't the correct place to post this.

A:freeze on boot.

1st things to do would be to rule out RAM / HardDrive.

Download and run from Floppy or CD: MemTest {to check the RAM} and the HDD Diagnostic from the Drives manufacturer.

If they pass, try another install.

I've also found if it hangs during Install and the 'Board runs Dual Channel RAM, removing 1 stick will often allow Windows to Install, then put it back in once it's finished.

Hope this helps.

Our H50-55 desktop is just over 2 years old. Windows 10 64 bit. After the last Windows update it started having issues of booting up slowly, sometimes hanging and needed to be restarted, sometimes more than once. This morning the "Lenovo" appeared on screen with the front panel HDD light showing for a few moments, then the HDD light goes out and the "Lenovo" stays on screen. Period. Have tried to restart repeatedly, also held down power button for 15 seconds. I'm guessing the hard drive died? Our recovery disk seems to have been lost.I used a different computer to download "Windows 10 Recovery Tool 64-Bit 17.01.16" from Major Geeks.com, onto a flash drive. I'm afraid to use it though. Any help with this? Thanks!

I had recently sold a computer to a friend. He attempted with no technical experience to fit in a new graphics card. Im am unaware exactly where he went wrong but he told me the computer kept freezing. I told him to remove the graphics card. The only way I could say he went wrong is not uninstalling the onboard drivers before fitting in this new graphics card. I have took the system back. It freezes at the startup loading screen and safe mode. I have booted from disk to re-install windows. Now the more concerning issue is the freezing when formatting and installing. So now I cannot go any further. RAM is not the issue as ive tryed switching around; using different sticks of the same type. I am now thinking of it being the hard drive. The hard drive is recognised in the BIOS and the data containing on the hard drive is recognised on the partitioning screen?

I have tryed the boot disk in different drives and also different disks of the same version. It is SP3 by the way

Please help! I am badly confused

A:Freeze on Boot

Hmmm... so am I. If you have another system you don't mind messing with, switch out everything one by one including the motherboard. Therein lies your problem. Could be a bad disc, bad optical drive, the possibilities with an o/s install crashing are practically limitless! Thats why they charge so much lol.

Twice lately, have experienced a freeze on boot-up when it gets to desktop. Only fix is to pull the main switch. ESC or Cntrl-alt-del doesn't work! System is Xp,SP2,IE6,2006 Norton System Works.have run virus check-no infects. Haven't changed anything. Is this symptomatic of an impending disaster?
Any ideas anyone? If you need more info, ask please.
