Computer is about 11 months old.

Game worked fine for the beta and even for a week or two after launch. Randomly (not on a patch day), the game started crashing. Now it crashes after 2 or 3 minutes in the game almost every time.

I've followed all the regular troubleshooting steps (see Battle.net thread here).

At first I didn't see any error logs, but the Action Center came up today with a bunch of errors looking like this. I included the recommended error files, the dump files from the error in the above screenshot, and the perfmon report.

It's worth mentioning that I tried it also in my Windows 8 installation only to encounter the same problem. I'm hoping someone with more experience dissecting these logs can help me out.

Please let me know if you require any additional information.

Preferred Solution: Black screen while playing Diablo 3, no BSOD. Hard reset required.

I recommend downloading and running DAP. It can help sort out any driver and firmware related issues on your system

It's worked out well for many of us in the past.

You can download it direct from this link http://downloaddap.org. (This link will open the download page of DAP so you can save a copy to your computer.)

It appears a recently installed AMD driver is causing a fault with the DX driver; However, a TDR can be caused by your video card overheating. Use a temperature monitoring utility such as HWinfo64 to check the system temperatures. If you are overclocking the card, STOP overclocking until the problem is located.

Forgot to mention: Report back on your system temps.

Hi People,

I built my own PC and its been running great for 2 years.

Using an SSD for OS and boot, and 1TB black drive for games and programs.

I recently installed "Heroes of Newerth" for some giggles. I dont believe it is a highly intensive game on the GPU but i get some crazy crashes on my pc.

Pretty much Ill be running HoN and Skype and both screens just go black, no sound or beeps, no error, nothing.

My keyboard nad mouse lights are still on.

My keyboard has multiple user levels, (4) each have different colour lights, but none of the user levels work, which makes me think the driver is not running on that, so maybe the pc has 'mostly' crashed.??

Ive done a SMART test and all good
Done a memory test (windows) and 100%, no errors found.

Aside from this i dont know what the next step is.

Usually i solve these on my own, but since there is no error I can't even google tog et something more sepcific!

ideas anyone?

Thanks for any advice or suggestions,

Gangel

Hello,
at random times the lock-screen freezes and a hard reset is needed. Keyboard light still toggle yet the SysReq + REISUB key combination does not do anything. Where is some syslog for checking why the kernel dumped and find potential solutions? This is windows 8.1, is this a known bug?

Hello, I was hoping maybe somebody could help me with this laptop. The issue I'm having is most of the time when I walk away from it and leave it on, upon returning the screen is just black, the computer is running but there is no response on the keyboard or mouse, which requires a hard shutdown and a restart. It then says it was not shut down properly, I start it up, and it runs fine until the next time I walk away and it does this freeze thing. I also want to note that it does not always do this, sometimes it sleeps like it should, but the problem is increasing in frequency.

A:Laptop screen goes black, requiring hard reset

No I have had this before its the drivers, the video card is going out, anything? Nobody on this forum has seen a laptop that would keep running but freeze on a black screen after going idle?

Hello,

So my Toshiba Satellite L675D-S7012 running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit has been having random crashes that require a hard reset and I cannot figure out why. And as of today, the crashes have progressed to just appearing as though there was no battery and I pulled the plug on the laptop. It happens completely out of the blue, and I can be doing anything from browsing YouTube to gaming or just leave the laptop idle and it will still crash. While gaming the CPU rarely reaches 65?C before I crash and I have tried two different batteries and power supplies (original ones the came with the laptop and ones I purchased from the company as extras a few months after receiving the laptop) with no difference. I have also tested four separate RAM sticks (two 4gb and two 2gb) and the same crashing still occurs.

Any insight as to why my laptop keeps crashing?

Thank you,

Before I post the information here is the jyst of things. Whenever I play -certain- games, my computer display will suddenly go black and my monitor will flash with: "HDMI No Signal." The system is completely unresponsive to any keystrokes. If I repeatedly press ctrl + alt + delete or alt + tab repeatedly, a loud buzzing noise will begin sound off through my headset. Some of the games I experience this issue in are: Evil Genius, Guild Wars 2, Age of Mythology, Medieval 2: Total War. Yet games such as Crysis, Empire: Total War, Metro 2033, etc. I can run on max settings and never experience this issue. I do not experience blue screens, but windows occasionally thinks it does. This is what i have posted in diablo 3 forums if it helps ,

Quote:
I had no problems with diablo 3 since launch on my pc until today. I experienced a black screen while playing diablo 3 , my pc wasn't responding at all and i practically had to manually power it off by hitting on the power on/off button.

Also , im having frame rate latency problems too at the same time , when fps drops to 10-15 from the usual 60ish fps for a split second.

I have no idea what is the problem, is it my computer or the game itself. For now i might try to reinstall diablo 3 and update my drivers ( apparently i haven't did anything to my computer that made it crash like that , it was fine for the past 3 weeks )

My pc specs are these

windows 7 64 bits
zotac z68 itx + intel i5 2500k
8gb ram
evga 560ti DS
power supply = default 600W bronze comes with silverstone sg-07 case
Did not overclock or anything
hdd = WD 1tb black + crucial 128gb ssd

thats all i guess. hope these info helps.

1st time when my pc froze ) playing the game normally and suddenly my screen goes off , pc went into coma state.

2nd time ) was browsing the AH and pc went into coma

3rd time ) i did a prime 95 run for 2hrs and there was no error. i STOPPED the test and launch diablo 3 . After 5minutes in D3 , my pc goes into coma.

A:BSOD playing Diablo 3

These crashes were caused by memory corruption/exception (Cx05) probably a driver.
Please run these two tests to verify your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.

* If you are overclocking anything reset to default before running these tests.
In other words STOP!!!

* If you have a Raid update its Driver.

Memtest.

Quote:
*Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

*Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5-7 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot.

Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

Any errors are indicative of a memory problem.

If a known good stick fails in a motherboard slot it is probably the slot.

RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Driver Verifier

Quote:
Using Driver Verifier is an iffy proposition.
Most times it'll crash and it'll tell you what the driver is.
But sometimes it'll crash and won't tell you the driver.
Other times it'll crash before you can log in to Windows.
If you can't get to Safe Mode, then you'll have to resort to offline editing of the registry to disable Driver Verifier.

I'd suggest that you first backup your stuff and then make sure you've got access to another computer so you can contact us if problems arise.
Then make a System Restore p... Read more

dxgmms1.sys+1e803 is another

asmtxhci.sys+47754 is the last one

no idea what these mean

A:BSOD Playing Diablo 3

We do need the DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.
Please attach the DMP files to your next post not to post one.

If you are overclocking STOP

You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting into safe mode (F8) with networking.

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

Quote:
* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
*If the files are too large please upload them to a file sharing service like "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:

Quote:
* Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
* Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
* Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
* Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
* Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
* OK your way out.
* Reboot if changes have been made.

Hi There I'm having exactly the same issues when playing Diablo 3. So I see the SOLVED part in the thread name and I really would like to know how did you solved it??

Short summary on my activity so far

Quote:
So in general the crash sometimes is BSOD, some time directly reboot the machine. The scary part is that sometimes after reboot when the Win7 loads up it reboot itself again! The most scary part is that sometimes everything goes black and it had to be rebooted via the power button, but the system does not want to boot after this - so I leave it for a minute or two then I can power it back on.
I want to point that the most of the CRASHes are when I just browse the AuctionHouse.
What I did so far:
0. GPU does not overheat. Monitoring it when I play the game via NVIDIA system tools
1. Tried to roll back the NVIDIA drivers - from the latest one back to old ones - NOT HELP
2. Updated BIOS to the latest version - NOT HELP
3. Run As Admin on Diablo3 - NOT HELP
4. Reduce the frame to 60 in the options - NOT HELP - I crash in the AH why even bother
5. memtesting programs like memtest86 and etc. No even one reported that I have problems with the memory.
6. Run all kind of HDD disc checks - no problems found

A:BSOD when playing diablo 3

Welcome to Seven Forums mmx.

The OP RMA'ed the GPU (graphics card), that seemed to solve the problem.

Some questions from your list above.
0. What temps is your GPU running at idle and underload?
1. Which drivers did you try? What driver are you using now?
2. Fill out your 'System Specs' so we have something to reference.....What BIOS version are you running?
3. ----
4. What is 'AH'?
5. Do you mean memtest86+? How many passes did you run? Seven full passes are recommended.
6. Define 'all kinds', which tests did you run?

I rarely ever get random BSODs and with Diablo 3, it bluescreens with in 2 minutes of entering the game to play. This problem has occurred ever since I bought the game. Other, more graphic intensive games play fine. The BSODd range from IRQL NOT EQUAL, DEVICE IRQL NOT EQUAL and DRIVER IRQL NOT EQUAL. Suspect files include cmudav3.sys and amdk8.sys. I verifyed the setting are correct to collect a dump, however the only dumps available are from early July. It's not creating dumps or im not looking in the right spot.

I'm at my whits end trying to fix this myself so I hope someone here can help me. Just tell me what you want me to do first :) Thank you very very much in advance.

I've waited over a decade to play this game and I still haven't been able to.

Hello deosvx,

Please refer to the follow thread and reply accordingly: http://www.techsupportforum.com/foru...ta-452654.html

You mentioned your dumps are dated from July - are you producing small memory dumps or kernel? If kernel, it'll be called MEMORY.DMP in c:\windows and overwritten every time you BSOD. You'll want to follow this thread:

How to Check Computer is set to collect dumps

Hello and thanks in advance for the help. I've reached the peak of my knowhow and it ain't that high. I?ve been having plenty of BSOD lately while playing Diablo 3. I?ve included the zipped files as attachments as per directed and the parameters of hardware are listed below.

Problem(s):

I?ve been crashing out of many games (Diablo3 and Skyrim) with a BSOD. The same happens and when I run MSI Kombuster to get an idea of what my video cards are doing (2 ? AMD 6850). When Cross-fired and using Overdrive I get the same numbers (or worse) than when NOT cross-fired and no overdrive. More often however, I'll just get a the BSOD. I?m currently running MEMTEST this evening all night to test memory and will report back on that soon. I?m at a loss and my skills are pretty rudimentary so any help would be stellar. 1. Symantec is a frequent cause of BSOD's.
I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST

http://us.norton.com/support/kb/web_...080710133834EN

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

2. Asacpi.sys

The pre 2009 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.

We do not recommend automated driver update software. It often finds drivers for devices similar to but not exactly the same as the hardware actually on the system. This can lead to conflicts and blue screen crashes. If you need help finding driver updates for a certain device, please start a thread in Drivers - Windows 7 Forums instead of using software. Driver updates are not always necessary and some updates can actually decrease system stability rather than increase it, so it is usually better not to update unless a device or its driver is causing problems with the system. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
The following drivers should be updated ASAP; them being out of date may be causing conflicts with online gaming.

Hi,

I've had 3 bluescreens in the last 2 days.
Two while playing WoW and one playing Diablo 3 Beta.

I'm having some trouble with the permon /report, when i try to run it i get and an error saying 'The system cannot find the path specified' I've uploaded a screenshot of this, so if anyone can help with that as I couldn't work out how to get it to work.
The most recent BSOD (Today) it crashed as it was creating the dump, so I don't think that is included, but there were two yesterday that worked, I think.
I've included the system dumps, any help is very much appreciated.

- 64 bit
- It is the original OS
- Full Retail Version

- The mobo, ram and cpu about 8 months, everything else 1.5-2 years.
- The OS install is about 6 months old.

Thanks for any help, and if you need more information just ask, I think that is everything.

Thanks.

Ok so my motherboard was causing me trouble so I changed it. Due to this, I had to do a fresh install of windows 7. I installed all my drivers from the motherboard ( LAN\Chipset\USB 3.0\Audio) and the driver for my graphic card R9 270X. I was playing Diablo yesterday and the game crashed, not responding. I closed it and when I opened it got into a game. The game simply froze and I got a BSOD. I ran WhoCrashed and well, I checked for their solutions online. Someone said to uninstall CCC ( catalyst control center ) which I did but today, I got another crash playing D3 again. Note that I freshly installed windows so it's my only game. I have like my antivirus, chrome , diablo and that's about it. Well, here's the WhoCrashed report:

Welcome to 7F. I've taken a look at your dumps and both of them are 0x116 VIDEO_TDR_ERROR (Timeout Detection Recovery), this indicates a problem with your GPU whether it be drivers, heat, power to the card or just a bad card.

The first thing to try would be to try a clean install of the driver. Download the driver linked below (Omega 14.12) and save it to your desktop or other convenient location. Then run DDU to remove all traces of your current driver installation. Reboot and install the downloaded driver.

Hey,

I am getting BSODs when playing Diablo 3. I don't have this issue with any other games. Only the most recent 2 BSODs are because of Diablo 3. The error was atikmdag.sys, so I was figuring there would be new drivers. The issue is there were no new drivers except from the beta drivers. Should i take these or is there any other cause?

Thanks in advance,
Robert

A:BSOD playing Diablo 3

I'm not going to look at all of them because there are a lot of BSODs. However, you are correct in that the last 2 BSODs are related to your graphics driver. You should try rolling back the driver to a previous stable release, I would not recommend updating to beta drivers as they are buggy and aren't stable which can cause more problems.

How-To Uninstall AMD Catalyst Drivers From A Windows Based System

I would also run a disk check as you appear to have disk corruption on your main HDD. Here's how to run a disk check.

Disk Check

If changing the driver version doesn't work and a disk check finds nothing then I would run memtest for memory issues.

RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Post the results.

Hello,

I will start with the recent changes to my desktop PC, which were (in this order):
1. My old motherboard died, and shortly after my Intel Quad - replaced with new ASUS B85M - E and 4th generation Intel i5 with HD 4600 graphics.
2.My hard drive started dying - replaced with new Western Digital 1TB
3.My Nvidia GTX 460 died - did not replace, I want to use Intel HD 4600 graphics as it is good enough for any game and task I want to do. (It does support Diablo 3)

So, the only thing that could cause the problem from the old hardware is the RAM, which are Dual channel Corsair 4x2GB at 1667 MHz (working only on 1060MHz, really don't know what this is about, the motherboard does support 1667MHz but BIOS sets it to 1060MHz - I guess a BIOS update is needed for it, which I don't want to do), and power supply. The memory diagnostics tool did not find any errors.

I have reinstalled Windows 8.1 pro 64x yesterday and fully updated it. I have the latest drivers for Intel HD Graphics which is dated 22/05/2015.
Overheating should not be the cause of the problem, as the highest temperature I registered was around 60 degrees Celsius.

I am having problems with Sysnative BSOD Dump + System File Collection App... When I run it, it doesn't create what it's supposed to. (Picture attached)

Also, problem with System Health Report (PERFMON). When I run it from cmd, I get: Error:

Hello. For about a month now I've had my computer randomly restart, freeze and get BSoDs when playing games like CS:GO and Diablo 3. It happens within about 2-5min of starting the game or entering the match, I can browse the internet with no problems and run 3DMark Vantage without anything problematic occurring.

I have gotten rid of my virus protection turned on and off the windows firewall, updated all the drivers i could think of, cleaned the inside of my computer, performed a clean install of windows 7, bought new RAM and a SSD but the issue has not gone away. Even after a clean install i am getting a very very large number of Event Id 7036 occurring with various services going to a "running state" and a "stopped state."

The last Event Properties from my last BSOD was:

Event Properties - Event 1001, BugCheck
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000f4 (0x0000000000000003, 0xfffffa800df898f0, 0xfffffa800df89bd0, 0xfffff800031e3460).

Not sure what to do next. I have added the files from the Sevenforums diagnostic tool below, any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to SevenForums

Bugcheck F4 is usually a storage/hard drive related crash. You mention a SSD, did you update to the latest firmware for it?

Does the computer crash on mentioned 2 games or other games as well? Did you check if the games have any update/patches on them?

For monitoring the heat/celsius of the system, use Speccy or HWinfo:Speccy - System Information - Free Download

What antivirus were you using earlier and what did you switch to?

Could this be due to bad RAM? I've had this computer for nearly 2 years now.

Hello, I get random crashes and they seem to have something to do with my nvidia drivers. It all seemed to start after installing my Hyper X ssd so maybe its a compatibility issue though i haven't heard anyone else saying they have had that.

The BSOD happens the most when playing diablo 3 but will also happen if im just idling or surfing the web. I have read a lot of posts on this issue but none seem to give me solutions that help me. I have tried numerous times reinstalling windows 7 and many more times reinstalling nvidia drivers old, new and beta.

Another issue which may be related to this my Windows experience assessment stopped working. Any help with finding a solution would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I'm pretty much new to this. I'd built this PC back in Januray and have had no hitches with it until I started playing Diablo 3. It sometimes just freezes and gives me BSOD.

Here are the specs:

Windows 7 x64
? Age of system (hardware) - 6-8 months

? CPU - 2500k - OCed to 4.5GHz
? Video Card - Crossfired Power Color 6950 with unlocked shaders
? MotherBoard - AsRock Gen 3 Extreme3
? Power Supply - Corsair AX850
RAM - 16GB Corsair Vengeance CML16GX3M4A1600C9

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

As the title suggests I've been getting the BSOD only when playing SC2 or D3. It seems to happen more often in multiplayer for SC2 but more often in D3. In both I've reduced the graphic settings to the lowest but to no avail. I have the latest drivers and am lost as to what to do next.

I've attached my zipped diagnostic info. Any help would be greatly appreciated, it is very frustrating. Thanks!

OS is Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
This is the original OS on the system.
It is a full retail version.

The system is only 4 months old (built early this year).
The Windows 7 installation is also 4 months old.

The problem only seems to occur when playing games. Sometimes it happens soon after starting a game, while other times I can play for hours without getting a BSOD.

Lot of 0x101 crashes. These cannot be debugged without access to a kernel dump (that big ole MEMORY.DMP located in your Windows directory). These can commonly be caused by CPU issues, but software can also be attributed to it. I did see a couple of 0x124 bugchecks (WHEA errors), but there's no crashdump associated with em so I can't tell exactly what hardware error it's reporting about. I could check the MCi_Status info, but I'm not gonna even bother at the moment, given that it means whipping out the Intel CPU manual and comparing bit flags. Regardless, having the 0x124 crashes mingled in with the 0x101 has me believe we're dealing with hardware problems here.

Just to make absolutely sure, though, you should first update your BIOS, as well as all drivers related to your motherboard components. Do not install USB "drivers", and if you have already, uninstall. In addition, if you have any motherboard software like OCing tools and whatnot, uninstall all of them. They are extremely buggy, gimmicky, and I've seen them trigger hardware failure like the 0x124 bugchecks.

Next are a few hardware checks. These aren't 100% guaranteed to find a problem, but they're far better than nothing. Run them in order listed. Here they are:

RAM: Memtest86+ - 7+ passes
CPU: Prime95 - Torture Test; Large FFTs; overnight (9+ hours)
GPU: MemtestCL - Run twice (if any of the tests work on your GPU; ATI cards will need to install the ATI APP SDK as it requires OpenCL)
Drives: Seatools - All... Read more

Sometimes these bsod's occur while playing either of the above games, sometimes they occur after playing and the computer is just sitting idle. The computer went for like 10 or 12 days with no bsod's, (never played either of these games) and as soon as I played Diablo 3, it crashed after the game was closed and the computer was idle (second most recent mini dump file). The most recent dmp file was a crash while playing diablo 3. I have already chkdsk the HDD. No errors. On a previous bsod post that I marked as solved, my hosts file was HUGE, and I discovered two pieces of malware and purchased and now run Malwarebytes full time and there were a couple outdated drivers I updated. So the two most recent dmp files are different from all the others, as the older ones are a mixture of ntoskernl bsod's, page fault, etc... which I think were related to an outdated driver or two. Could somebody please take a look and let me know what they think? I have also ran memtest on both sticks (one at a time) separately, and no errors. Thanks in advance.

Other times the screen will go black, and the computer will automatically restart. Other times I will get a blue screen with the error code 0x00007e. Please help this is getting very annoying!

I should note that it is not often that it crashes, sometimes it will happen twice in a short time, sometimes it will take days.

Probably hardware. Clean out dust in the system, if you have overclocked stop and revert to original settings. The link contains the most probable solution to your problem. IF the problem cannot be fixed i suggest lowering the vcore a tad tad bit.
Here are stresstests to possibly help rule a few things out. : Stresstests:
Ram : RAM - Test with Memtest86+
General hardware: Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95 ( (Three pre-set configurations are available: Small FFTs and In-place FFTs, and Blend. Small and In-place modes primarily test the FPU and the caches of the CPU, whereas the Blend mode tests everything, including the memory.)
Graphics: Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark (Do the above Graphics test only with the latest drivers, and then Run it until the temperatures stop increasing; should be less then 10 minutes. If you don't see any crazy glitches or distortion on the screen, The test most likely passed. Take note if the Temperature gets too high, or you see Visual artifact - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia to stop the test.)
Good luck.

Hello everyone,

I upgraded my computer to play Diablo 3 and after installing windows 7, I get constant BSOD. It comes up as BCcode 124 which I understand to be a hardware issue, but I don't know how to fix it.

My Specs:

-Windows 7 Home Premium 32-Bit (Full retail) Bought it on the online store.
- AMD Phenom 9600 Quad core processor 2.3 Ghz
-PNY GeForce GTX 220Ti - Video Card (Upgraded my Power supply to a TR2 430w)
- This computer is close to 5 years old.

I believe I attached the necessary files.
Thanks you in advance for your time and expertise.

A:Regular Bsod (BCcode 124) after playing Diablo 3

Stop 0x124 is a hardware error

If you are overclocking try resetting your processor to standard settings and see if that helps.

If you continue to get BSOD here are some more things you may want to consider.

This is usually heat related, defective hardware, memory or even processor though it is"possible" that it is driver related (rare).

Stop 0x124 minidumps contain very little practical information, and it is therefore necessary to approach the problem as a case of hardware in an unknown state of distress.
Generic "Stop 0x124" Troubleshooting Strategy:

2) Ensure that the machine is adequately cooled.
If there is any doubt, open up the side of the PC case (be mindful of any relevant warranty conditions!) and point a mains fan squarely at the motherboard. That will rule out most (lack of) cooling issues.

It is good practice to run the latest drivers anyway.

A:BSOD with kernel power while playing Diablo 3

It looks like Avast filter driver for IPSec (aswrdr2.sys) is responsible, but given that this BSOD was caused by the driver trying to free pooled memory after it's already been pooled, it may either be Avast erroneously attempting to free the pooled memory a second time, or something else snuck in (most certainly another firewall, AV or other IPSec software/driver) and freed the pool, then Avast attempted to do so again and the system bugged out cuz of it. This can occur if you have multiple firewall or other AV and security software installed and running simultaneously. You should only have one firewall solution and one AV solution. If the AV solution includes firewall, it'll bump into your dedicated firewall software, and vice versa.

Unfortunately, this minidump cannot serve us further beyond this speculation. There are some related items I could check that could give us really good clues as to what may have freed this pool prior, but that data is not retained in a minidump.

If you wish, you can turn on Driver Verifier and let it crash again and send us the resulting minidump, since DV catch the problem earlier. For checks to select, do not select Force Pending I/O Requests, Low Resource Sim, or IRP Logging. You may select the rest of the checks. Remember to restart PC after everything is set up.

As for any potential solutions to this, aside from cleaning up your AV and firewall stuff, make sure to update both your network drivers and Avast. I see that the filter driver... Read more

* Zip up the copy.

* OK your way out.
* Reboot if changes have been made.
