I recommend downloading and running Reimage. It's a computer repair tool that has been proven to identify and fix many Windows problems with a high level of success.

I've used it in the past to identify and fix everything from blue screens (BSOD's), ActiveX errors, corrupt files and processes, dll/exe/sys errors, recover lost memory, Windows update problems, defragging, malware removal etc.

You can download it direct from this link http://downloadreimage.com/download.php. (This link will automatically start a download of Reimage that you can save to your computer.)

has nothing to do with the sshd it mostly that the computer throttle when you reach 65-67 degree  and it shouldnt.Look at your temperature its basicly lenovo that put that setting in the bios and wont let us change it.Mostly likely you will spike in every game that is a lil demanding.

Hi there. So as you can tell by the title my computer seems to be freezing on games. I only have been playing a few games, but, in each one they freeze. These are League of Legends, Hearthstone and a game called Tales Runner. This started happening a week and a half ago, and I don't know what to do. I've ran a virus scan (avast!), used TuneUp Utilities and CCleaner, updated my graphics drivers (and downgraded them to a time before this was happening). I have yet to update my windows, but will do that soon if you guys think I should. Heres my PC:

As the Title says i've been recently been experiencing more BSOD while playing LoL. Actually i dont know if it even qualifies as a BSOD as it doesnt show codes or anything like that. It just tells me that 'windows has encountered an uncorrectable error and is shutting down to prevent damage' something along those lines. But for the rest of the post I'll just refer to it as a BSOD for convenience. It started maybe around July-ish. I'd get like One every now and then. I thought that it was from me recently upgrading my Graphics card and outdated drivers. It appeared to have solved the problem. But lately its been happening more and more frequently. Un to three times in one night. Its gotten so bad that I'm afraid to run it anymore.

I've tried fixing the problem myself by browsing these forums and seeing what other people have tried. However I've come to the realization that I can't do this on my own.

Some minor details that might be worth mentioning...It use to be only while i was playing a game that I would BSOD. But if i leave the client running after a game it has BSOD on me then as well. Its only after playing my first LoL game that this becomes a problem. Today it started just straight restarting my computer and skipping over the BSOD.

I'm starting to pull my hair out because of this! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, i've recently started playing a new game - league of legends, alot of the time it's worked really well. The game is PVP and before the game starts there's a loading screen which displays information about each person, and one part displays their ping. Usually my ping ranges from 40-175 and the game runs smoothly but for some reason sometimes my ping is displayed as 999 (i don't think it goes any higher on the display in the game) and the game lags.. I can understand why maybe the game would lag occasionally but i have no idea why my ping suddenly shoots up to 999, do you have any ideas?

Im having some trouble with my computer. Every time I try to log onto the online game League of Legends, I get a blue screen with the stop code 3b. I have a feeling this has to do with a cache error, mainly because when I try to delete temporary internet files using the disk clean tool for windows, I get the same blue screen with a stop code of 3b. Google chrome has also had a couple of cache errors that have forced me to reload pages. I've checked both of my ram sticks individually for problems and they both check out. I'm guessing that I either have a virus or malware that is preventing me from accessing certain parts of my internet cache, my hard drive is having a problem, or there is something corrupted on my hard drive. I've successfully played League of Legends for a year without any problems. This problem is very recent, and re-installing the game does not help.

No DMPS included in upload

We do need the DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

If you are overclocking STOP

You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting into safe mode (F8) with networking.

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
*If the files are too large please upload them to a file sharing service like "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:

* Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
* Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
* Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
* Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
* Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
* OK your way out.
* Reboot if changes have been made.

First post for me so be gentle !.
I have installed W10 some 4 weeks ago and since that time League of Legends is causing my PC to crash, I think.
I get several BSOD's after install, like IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR _EQUAL, MEMORY MANAGER, ntoskrnl.exe etc etc.
Could it be the League of legends software OR Something that LOL is installing.
My system:- AMD 3.9 Ghz, 32GB of RAM, Asus a78m Motherboard, 2 TB Hard drive.
I am suspecting that some of my ram is faulty but MEMTEST shows nothing.
By the way, LOL runs fine on my Laptop, also updated with Windows 10, strange !
Any help would be greatly appreciated as this problem is driving me nuts !!!!!

A friend of mine tried to login to my accout and he could do it. So I don't have any ban.
In addition, i can play in other servers like EW or NA, so the problem is about the connection between my computer and EUNE server.
I could play 3 days ago 2 games, and after the second game it Immediately lost connection with the server and with the chat. After that I logged out and than tryed to login again but it couldn't logg on again.

I have this game called League Of Legends(LOL),It always disconnects whenever I play a game.

It could be just that their servers are screwing up some these days.Been having the "same" problem there myself. How bad is your disconnect? I mean, every game? Couple times a day? You could reinstall it if you think it might help. Check your wifi/lan drivers. Run through the network diagnostics and fix any problems found.

Your attachment contains no .dmp files to analyse.

Do this:

1. Download this .BAT file to your desktop

2. Right-click the .BAT file and 'Run as Administrator' - wait for it to finish
3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

I downloaded League of Legends, let it download/install. Then when I launch it up, it popped up an error: PVP Patcher not working (something like that). I closed it, and ran the game as administrator. Then it said it had to update. I left it there for the whole morning, and nothing happened. At first it was working, Step 1/2 99%, but then it stopped there forever. I decided to close it, and open it up again, and it updated again. It passed step 1, then went to step 2. It stopped at 48%. I waited and waited, but nothing happened. I closed it again, opened it up, but then it stayed at 0%. Please help! I really want to play this game! I am using Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit. Hope you guys know how to fix this problem. Thank you

Never mind guys! I got it working. The update will be much faster if you uncheck "Allow Peer to Peer Transfer" in the option box. If you have the same problem, just do that and you'll have to wait for it to update. It'll be much quicker though

I often play League of Legends, but in the last two days my computer has given me a BSOD three times, with the error Driver IRQL not less or equal. Before every time this has happened it has told me to close League of Legends, because there is not enough RAM to support it. I know this isn't the case, because I have 8 gigabytes of RAM and I don't have many background processes (in the task manager it said I was using a total of 33 percent before the time of the crash.)

I would appreciate it very much if someone could help me with this, I have attached my SF diagnostic tool file on this post.

Good idea for you is to disable Desktop Composition for all the shortcuts to your games. I am not sure if Win8 has this, but I think so.

Update Realtek HD Audio codec driver:

RTKVHD64 RTKVHD64.sys Tue Jun 12 06:02:32 2012 (4FD713B8)

Update Intel storage driver from Intel.com:

Update ELAN Smartpad driver:

ETD ETD.sys Thu Aug 30 04:47:45 2012 (503F28B1)

If there is an update to this, install it:

Bluetooth is having issues. Please uninstall your Bluetooth stuff, then reboot and install fresh drivers for the Bluetooth

The memory dump blames your Intel graphics drivers. Please:
- download a fresh copy of the latest, Win8.1 compatible drivers for the Intel graphics card
- uninstall the current graphics drivers for the intel card from your system
- install the freshly downloaded drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Please note the drivers below that date from before the release of Win8.1 (Oct 2013) - check to see that each and every one is compatible w/Win8.1 (at the manufacturer's website).j If not, you must either remove the device and it's software - or locate a Win8.1 compatible update on the web.

The memory dumps that were uploaded were from 26 August
Only 54 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 70 to 90 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Don't worry about the specific number, it's just important that you have checked and installed any updates that were available (and didn't experience any errors).

The memory dumps point at hardware (and that's what I suspect from your description also). Please start with these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics

I just recently bought a HP ENVY 15t-j100 Quad Edition CTO Notebook PC (Been around 3-4 months). Whenever I play League of Legends, after about 10-15 minutes I'm in game, my PC crashes and the BSoD appears. And then it restarts and I can resume playing without any further crashes. But this happens quite frequently (Weirdly only once per each game). I have noticed this only when playing League of Legends. One other thing I have noticed is that, before this crash happens, a dialog box appears stating that "My memory is low" and suggests me to close League of Legends. This dialog box has appeared when I played Bioshock Infinite too (but the BSoD has appeared only once). I have made sure that I have installed all the necessary updates. Note: I game a lot and the laptop tends to get very hot sometimes.

In attachement you can find the crash files.

Now, I can start the laptop but it takes a lot of time to get past the "Welcome" screen.
Then, I have only a black screen with cursor.

Hello and welcome Eric mate some system specs please cannot do mush with seeing them - add them to the System specs at lower left corner of your posts but filling in them in the profile - so much easier than ploughing through reams of other readouts.

Counterfeir installation such as yours contain heavily modified files that cause the installation to behave in unexpected ways. Determining the cause of the BSOD's with any sort of reliability on these is much more difficult. For this reason many analysts won't attempt it.

I recommend installing a genuine version of Windows 7 to minimise these sorts of problems.

I also get the GSOD after playing some League of Legends for a while, not always though. It sometimes doesn't happen for 2 days. Tried everything already, different drivers, switching ram.
So if you find a solution I'd be glad to hear it!

I've been trying to solve this problem for a few weeks and still have been getting them. I usually get the BSODs after a finish a game of league and get different error codes too.

Unfortunately, I've lost most of them because of a weird bug that didn't let me get minidumps and CC cleaner also deleted them too. I only have the two most recent ones. I have resolved the minidumps issue but still get BSODs... Help please

I keep getting a BSOD (KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED) when playing LoL for around 30 minutes. I have ran memtest, furmark for my GPU test, and I did the CPU stress test. All ran fine when testing them and nothing got too hot. I'm thinking maybe it's driver related?

Please check your manufacturer for driver updates for the network drivers and other drivers.
You have a few drivers,
network drivers,display drivers andchipset drivers
that could use updating.
A BIOS update would also be useful

Hello everyone. I've been getting various BSODs and crashes for a couple of weeks now and I'm desperate to find the cause, I don't know what to do. When it all started, I took my laptop to a guy who fixes computers and he told me that my RAM were broken, so he replaced 2GB of RAM (I have 4GB) and gave it back the day after. It fixed like ~90% of all those crashes but I still get various BSODs like MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, DRIVER_IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL or my computer just freezes in the middle of the game or just while surfing the internet and it's really annoying. What could be the problem? I attached the .zip file from that SF diagnostic tool but it seems that I don't have any minidumps for some reason. In the Event Viewer it says Unable to produce a minidump file from the full dump file. I hope you can help me, thanks.

Edit: Just got 3 BSODs in a row (in like 5 minutes), got only 2 minidumps, though. Please take a look.

Hello tevas.

Your BSOD dumps are not showing any probable finite cause.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.
If both the virus scans and the memtest comes to be free from errors, enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

Why Driver Verifier:
It puts a stress on the drivers, ans so it makes the unstable drivers crash. Hopefully the driver that crashes is recorded in the memory dump.

How Can we know that DV is enabled:
It will make the system bit of slow, laggy.

Before enabling DV, make it sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer. You can check it easily by using CCleaner looking at Tools > System Restore.

Even if you pay $10,000 for a system and its hardware is extreme to the max, still should always close all applications before gaming.

I would uninstall this software, just simply because it is an unnecessary driver to have:

HWiNFO64A HWiNFO64A.SYS Fri Nov 22 10:45:10 2013 (528F7C06)

The issue odds-wise, is likely from ASUS Xonar:

cmudaxp cmudaxp.sys Wed Sep 26 04:29:02 2012 (5062BCCE)
CMUSBDAC CMUSBDAC.sys Sat Sep 14 02:39:46 2013 (523404B2)

See if there is an update, but even still if so, I'd be tempted to run integrated audio with Xonar hardware physically removed, to test.

Update motherboard bios to newest and also check memory timings and frequency with CPU-Z to be correct for the modules you have.

Most important thing to say of it all:

New to these forums. Thanks very much in advance for bearing with me as I explain what has happened.

My problem began after formatting my drive. I installed all of my files from my discs, updated my drivers, and all the usual stuff. I went to play League of Legends and everything was fine until it was time to connect to the game server, when I got a message saying my firewall may be blocking my connection. I spent hours doing all the fixes the web had to offer, but nothing worked.

My Next step was to contact league of legends support. They told me to include a process log, network info log (which I will include here), and a log from The ICSI Netalyzr. The process and network info logs were no problem, but when I went to The ICSI Netalyzr, I learned my java wasnt working as well.

Again, I exhausted every web resource on how to get java working. I used uninstall programs to remove and reinstall it. I tried 32 bit and 64 bit, and even both at the same time. I used RegCurePro to fix registry issues. It just refuses to work in not just firefox, but IE as well. When I go to the verify java page they have available, it asks me if I want to load it, I say yes, and I get nothing but a grey screen in the box.

I should not have any virus's. I just reformatted AGAIN, (this time I did not install avast's free anti virus, to see if that made a difference....it didnt). Please help me!!!!!!!

Thanks so much for your time.

Recently, I've been having issues with league of legends where the game has been crashing after saying "Unable to connect to server. If you have a firewall, it may be blocking the connection. Please refer to your firewall's documentation. Would you like to retry the connection?" I only just started having these issues, and I'm not sure what is causing it. My firewall is turned off on home networks, which is where I play the game, so I don't have any idea what maybe causing it.

I am running windows 7 Home edition, and my network connection is fine, even when I have the issues I am able to go to other websites.

Please let me know what other information would be helpful in solving this issue.

Is my only resort to run bootcamp and purchase windows XP to play this game? Recently there was a way to run around the "Client". I have now received a new error and am awaiting news on a possible fix. Why would it be so difficult to create a Mac Client that would work? What else do they have to lose other than money generated from players.? Mac players.
Anyway, it seems like an easy fix.

Where are you installing the game from? Be sure you're doing it from the official website: https://signup.leagueoflegends.com/en/signup/redownload

Might be that you're installing it from an old version, because they did switch from Adobe to a new system.
